Had the pleasure of visiting this great store on Sunday for the first time! Beautiful shoes, sandals and purses! Friendly service and wonderful, high quality products!

I’m very disappointed with stuff in this store. They never called me back after I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas present. Don’t recommend.

They’re lucky I really needed a pair of sandals, otherwise I would’ve walked out empty handed just due to the lack of customer service. I wasn’t offered assistance at any point. Even when there was no one else in the store and I was clearly looking to purchase. I ended up self serving as they have the shoe boxesout on the floor, and the only time anyone said something to me was to tell me to use a pair of disposable socks to try on the shoes (something I would’ve known if they had offered help before I started trying things on). The manager and other employee continued chatting amongst themselves while I tried on shoes and they didn’t stop talking until I approached the cash and stood there staring at them waiting for them to notice me. The manager silently cashed me out (no smile or pleasantries) and then just gave a me a half hearted “thank you” at the end. Honestly, the most disappointing shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Only redeeming part was the nice pair of shoes I found which at least seemed to be good quality. I’d never go back though and would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Great customer service. We were there on Sunday, enjoying a relaxing weekend in Hunstville. The sales clerk took the time to demonstrate the water proofing product by doing my boots for me right there and then! She also spent time looking up to see who might carry a hiker in size 15 for my hubby! This gal (sorry I forget her name) was helpful and professional!

They ripped me off, the boots selected had a sale sticker on them and I was charged full price. Also I was trying to purchase a second pair of boots for my other daughter and was rushed to cash out on the first pair we selected.

Thank you for carrying such a vast selection of footwear for each season. The brands and models you carry fit my lifestyle. I am also impressed by the quality. I was able to find a very good pair of boots for both myself and my daughter. Keep up the good work!
