We ordered food through skip and my husband ordered “all the toppings” which apparently also had a check box for “no toppings” on his pita, so even though he checked every single topping, his pita came with nothing on it. When I called the store the guy answered by saying “hey” on the phone and said there was nothing he could do. Terrible service.

Big fan of Opa but this location is a complete joke!-No quality in the food made fries were barely cooked and unseasoned. Meat in pita wrap was cold...-Portion sizes seem like a joke as well, very little fries and they are the only location that gives you 1 oz of sauce...Cutting costs and quality would not recommend this location.

19 dollars for a wrap fries and coke. Without the code was 14 plus tax. The beef was very tiny, I wonder if prepackaged or not but so hard tough and dry I couldn't eat it. Very chewy and disappointing. The fries were majorly overly salted. Overall not worth it.

Got a Chicken wrap and a Gyro. The chicken was done first and at least 5 mins before the gyro which i thought was way too quick right off the bat. Then, I complained the chicken was still very pink in the middle, so they take the chicken out of the wrap, cook it a little more and throw it back in the same wrap. The look the girl gave me when I told her she’s making the order again was hilarious. Plus I already ate half the uncooked chicken wrap. Who are you hiring at these places, someone’s going to get very sick.

Eat Opas quite often. This time I decided to eat in as I was running errands with my dog. An off duty employee, Junlin, sitting at another table and the entire time I was there kept snorting and gagging. Coughing all over the table. I mean non stop. It was gross. I would have left but I didn't want to fight my dog for lunch.

First time at this location and was a bad experience ‘cause I love all the other Opas’ in Winnipeg. Salad portion - really small. Started eating and found a big ugly BUG in my salad!!! Aren’t you suppose to wash lettuce and how do you miss that?!!? Friendly staff though.

Do not put food that falls out of containers & on the ledge of the prep-table BACK INTO THE CONTAINERS!WASH ALL UTENSILS AFTER USING THEM! - DO NOT PLACE SERVING SPATULAS BACK “INTO THE FOOD” AFTER USING THEM ON “SEVERAL DIFFERENT ITEMS!”Its simple.. train the staff on SAFE food handling & prep OR ELSE you are going to KILL SOMEONE! then the City of Winnipeg & the law courts are going to take over!
