Adam at The Urban Piano Company sourced a beautiful, used Yamaha C3 for me, and arranged for me to be able to play it - and another one he located - prior to purchase. He arranged for the move, tuned it, and has been back for a tuning. Adam is very knowledgeable and has offered some good tips along the way. He has provided great, efficient service, and I would highly recommend Adam and The Urban Piano Company to others.

My piano sounded like garbage. Seriously. I, like a lot of people, couldn’t decide whether to give it away, fix it or throw it out. I don’t know how Adam brought it back to life, but I’m glad we decided to fix it- its like new!

Adam at the The Urban Piano Company tunes all of our pianos at George Brown Dance and Canada's Ballet Jorgen. Adam is always professional and courteous and super accommodating of our ever-changing schedule. He is definitely one of the best tuners we have ever used and greatly appreciative of his work in keeping our pianos and accompanists happy!

Adam came out and tuned my piano recently. He was very efficient knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like my piano was in good hands. He worked out a schedule that work for me. All and all was an excellent experience.

Adam has been tuning my husbands family's pianos for years. He has done ours twice now along with moving and repairing of said piano. He is professional, punctual, polite, very easy to schedule, and above all, very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. Have recommended before, and would recommend Urban Piano Company to anyone.

If I could I would give these tuners at least 10 stars. The service is the highest quality possible. They come, they tune so precisely I can’t even describe how good it is. Not only the tuning is good but they also do amazing repairs. Before they came I had a tuner come in twice and could not fix the damage in the piano. When these guys come, they will know exactly what to do instantly and do it at the highest quality possible. Not only they do their job so professionally. They don’t stall and they do their job very fast and officiant. If you need a good tuner that will satisfy you and make you want to stay with them, choose the Urban Piano Company!
