Ren's Pets Hamilton

I took my puppy Sadie here to have her picture taken with Sadie. The Ren's Pets staff were so incredibly kind and very excited to see Sadie. Sales on items were amazing and I was able to get lots of new collars and treats.

Nice location, friendly & helpful staff! My puppy loves coming here and even just walking around because it's less chaotic than some other pet stores, so she's not frightened. You can find great sales here too!

I had an amazing experience at this location today, the associate was super friendly and helpful and patient with all my questions. She helped me pick out some great toys for my big boy and some lovely dog cologne. My whole house smells like jellybeans now and I love it!

I wanted to take the time this evening to thank Emma and Nikita from your Hannon location (2120 Rymal Road, E. Hannon). I had an issue with my cat's Catit Water Fountain". Emma and Nikita were very helpful in advising how I could process a return for this item. I did not have a receipt for my purchase and I was not quite sure when I bought the item. Emma happily pulled up my account and quickly retrieved my receipt from last September. They helped me to return the fountain in exchange for a new one.I really appreciated the time they both took to ensure that I was a happy customer. Been to this location a few times. Usually get good service but not this time. Was in the store for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I went to ask a girl for help and I really hate saying this but there was a very bad smell coming from her I had to leave the aisle altogether.Dead plants at the front of the store (was going to buy catnip for my cat). Cashier sitting on her phone. Another customer was looking for someone to help her with a bag of food on the top shelf. The staff member that was around didn't seem to keen on helping anyone just writing down in her book.Also didn't know that see through tights were proper uniform either. Didnt even know she worked there until it dawned on me thay she was putting price tags on stuff.

I was looking for a new food for my dog and I got a lot of help from a shorter girl and a young man with an afro. Very satisfied, got it for free!
