I purchased a new home from a builder. Chris was extremely thorough and detailed in his findings and had pointed out significant issues that I had missed during the PDI (Not immediately visible because the builder tries to get you through these so they can close...). His calm, patient attitude and making sure I understood how to maintain the home and address issues in the future was unmatched and absolutely top level.
