Did the Oxygeneo facial at this spa and it was by far one of the best treatments I have done to date. I added the Venus freeze to the treatment when asked what would pair best with the facial I was doing! The results did not disappoint…the staff were very friendly and I plan on returning soon ☺️left here glowing!!!

Expected failure when way too many services offered. Owner Monica poor customer relations. Nurse cranky Nicole provides Botox with no improvements ( possible saline added to Botox ), keep in mind an incorrect Botox injection on lower face can make you permanently blind for life. . ..Jaimie does eyebrow tattoos and seems vision impaired on balancing eyebrows same size.. Too many people within one month had poor services & results at this particular location….

I moved back to the area this year, and was delighted to find a boutique spa with an incredible list of services just up the road from my work! The first time I walked in (unannounced), Nicole made me her top priority and gave me a full consultation for my problem skin and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have followed her advice and invested in Venus Viva treatments for 3 sessions now, and have even used the 3-step skin care treatment by Vivier that they sell in the shop. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've never been so happy with my face. After suffering for years with acne rosacea, redness, texture, and large pores, I am at a point where I don't feel the need to wear makeup - what a difference! After my treatments, I also invested in Botox to smooth some area on my forehead, and Nicole took the time and effort to explain the process and ensure that I was always satisfied with my results. She is so responsive, talented, and encouraging and that has made all of the difference in my skincare journey. I have to say that I return to Magnolia on a monthly basis to ensure that I'm keeping up with treatments and to see what else is being offered. Their team is truly giving me my confidence and happiness back! At Nicole's suggestion, I saw Jaimie for powder brows (a more gentle treatment than micro-blading) at Magnolia, and she shaped them absolutely perfectly! Jaimie is so patient, friendly, and an real expert in brow design. By waiting for my skin to be in a better state, my botox and powder brow results have been perfect. I will be a returning customer for life at Magnolia and cannot express my gratitude enough to them! If you're looking for a team that has the expertise and care, this is your sign! Thank you!

I’ve been going to magnolia since it opened and have always been greeted with a smile by the whole staff. Nurse Nicole is so talented and knowledgeable, I am always happy with my results. Such a wonderful atmosphere :)

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! The ladies were lovely, the atmosphere was relaxing and Nicole did such an amazing job with my facial. I will definitely be returning!!

I really love this clinic and the girls working there. I've had Oxygen facials, numerous IPL/venus facials, baby botox and even got my hubby to go on a somewhat regular schedule for his sun damage removal! I will be returning.

Magnolia Medicare Spa has a warm welcoming atmosphere about it. Everyone is friendly and professional. Definitely made me more relaxed about the services I had done. Monica and her team are super lovely. Hands down the best Spa I've ever been to. I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Had an amazing experience the staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve been for multiple services since my first visit and each one was equally as amazing. I can’t wait to go back for my next visit.
