We were very pleased with the service. The cleaning person was prompt, polite, hard working, did everything we asked and did an excellent job. We have no complaints and are happy to have her return. The house cleaning was absolutely prefect. The cleaner was on his knees cleaning the wood floor, extremely hard worker.I would recommend this company to anyone needing house or office cleaning.If I could I would rate this company 10 out of 5 stars.Thank you

Our cleaner, Mel, is the hardest working man in Ottawa! He arrived on time with all the equipment he needed. He went right to work and spared no detail. The kitchen and bathroom (which really needed work) were in better shape than when we moved in! He did a lot of little things that weren't even on my list and he didn't leave until everything was perfect. We will most certainly be coming back to UrbanMop.....thanks Mel!
