Mike and Rob are to be praised for their good work in fixing our broken furnace.Their hard work and diligence is greatly appreciated, especially in January. :-)

I was really pleased and impressed with Mike - he showed up on time, gave a fair and honest assessment and completed the job on time. 5 stars for that. HOWEVER - twice i asked him about giving them my credit card info for payment, he never told me they don't accept cc. The job was over $5200 and I guess they assume everyone has that laying around. Then when I had a question about the product and went to the Samsung site I discovered we could have received a rebate. I emailed the office asking if we qualified for this and no one responded. I received the invoice July 25th which indicated payment was due by Sept 23rd. I made a small initial payment on Aug 2nd for just under $300, then sent $2500 on Aug 13th. On Aug 30th Mike contacted the person who referred me to them to say I hadn't paid my bill! I texted him immediately explaining I would pay Sept 9th when the house sale closes - well before the invoice due date, that it hadn't been made clear that they wouldn't take cc payment and asked, again, about the rebate. no response. final payment was sent Sept 11th with a note about how disappointed I have been in the experience. again, no response. Despite getting the work done on time, I would not use this company again.

I called x3 times. A day or two apart. Asking for a quote for an AC unit that was installed today by another company. 5k bill missed out, clearly they are too busy! Good luck with service call current customers!

I can't believe I'm the first to do a review!Rick and Mike have been absolutely wonderful to us. I think our first experience was when we had our 2 year old grand daughter coming to stay with us for the day. No heat, minus a lot and Nana started climbing the wall. After a call to R&R's answering service at about 6:30 am I had a return call within 10 minutes. I was told they had a lot of calls but within 45 minutes one of the guys had his head in my furnace. A quick fix, parts on site and we had heat again.I have used R&R several times for my residence, a commercial property, rental properties and have referred them to a number of friends who told me they were extremely pleased. Great service, fair pricing, and they will only fix or sell you what you need. Very nice people to deal with!Brian Smith

Called the week in advance to book an appointment the day of the appointment 12 noon came nothing, so I phoned to remind them about the appointment they said Rob would be right out, well he came looked at the fireplace heard the noise said he'd be back no one ever came back.Will not call them again

They don't bother listening to people when their parked on others people's *private* property while working on the property next door. parked at the private property I live and work at, I told them several times they need to move their truck they ignore me entirely and laugh about it when they leave. We have signs that say private property right beside the road coming into my driveway and they still act like they can do what ever they please. Ignorant and in professional.
