All County Septic Service

I called A-1 All County Septic when we discovered our alarm was not working, and we were not sure the pump was working. We had never used this company before, but knew we didn't really like the company we had been using for Septic Services, and this company was located near our property. After speaking with Ken on the phone, he said it was probably an electrical problem and he referred us to an electrician. Ken could have come to our house and charged us for the call and then told us we needed an electrician, but instead he did us a BIG finanacial favor and just admitted he was not the best one to fix the problem we described. It proves there are still honest people out there and we really appreciate it and will use your services in the future, and refer you to anyone we know that has a septic system.Thanks Ken!

Yet again, Ken came through on a Sunday. I had a septic emergency on a Sunday back in 2018, Ken came right out and took care of it. Yesterday (father's day!) my warning light on my system came on and I called up Ken and he walked me through the procedure on the phone to figure out what was going on and told me the steps I needed to take next in dealing with my septic system. Amazing, fast, friendly service.

I called Ken When I thought I had a major problem with my septic system. I called during the Christmas holiday Ken was out of town but offered to help me through phone calls and text. Ken called 1st thing in the morning when he got back into town from vacation and came out to my house promptly and discovered the issue. Thankfully it turned out to be something minor but we had the tank pumped anyway. Ken and Anthony did outstanding job and I would hardly recommend them to anyone. They are knowledgeable and courteous and get the job done quickly. Thank you again guys you really put me at ease.

All septic companies I called told me they were very busy, including All County. However, Ken listened to my issues, asked questions, and made time to come help that same day. He could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. Instead, he explained in detail, clearly, how my system worked, the problem (electrical), called a septic electrician explaining the situation and connecting us for an appointment.While he was working on my septic system, Ken answered several calls. I heard him answer detailed questions, suggest solutions and tell people to call back with any further questions.I was very pleased by Ken's work ethics, knowledge, and communication skills. I will definitely call All County Septic for future needs.

Ken is great! I called late in the afternoon after my septic alarm went off. As a new owner of our home I was shocked that there was an issue. Ken put me on his schedule for next day even though he was very busy and had my husband call him back after hours to see if they could diagnose the problem over the phone. Turns out it was an easy fix! Thank you Ken, you saved us hundreds of dollars! We will be recommending Ken to everyone we know!

I wanted to thank Ken from All County Septic Service for doing a great job on our septic pump out this week. I waited far too long, but luckily the system was in good order. He's the business owner and very hands-on. They are reasonably priced, very educational, and showed up exactly when they said - the very next morning. Highly recommend!

Of course our septic tank system had problems on a Saturday. We were very happy to find A-1 All County Septic available on weekends. I called, Ken answered and took information and made a plan to be at our house in 15 minutes...after the job he was working on was finished. Ken was very professional, friendly, and didn't make us feel bad about waiting way too long before getting the tank pumped. :) As long as Ken is the owner, we'll be using A-1...from now on at recommended intervals! Ken arrived at my house on a Saturday afternoon to diagnose my septic alarm, help me fix it and he educated me on how it works and how to fix it myself in the future. I really appreciate Ken’s helpful attitude and expertise. We will be calling Ken for any future issues.

Our septic system was backing up into the house. Ken came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem for us on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t an easy fix but he got us up and running. He also happens to be a heck of a nice guy. This is the company that I’m saving in my contacts for any future emergencies.
