Salon Michele is the best hair salon I have ever been to ! Kirstin is my Go to girl !! She is amazing at balayage and the only hair dresser I have ever fully trusted with my hair ! I've had bad hair dressers my whole life and she is literally my hair angel ! I wish I could attach the photos but she never lets me down and deals with my fussiness and never makes me feel uncomfortable for being so picky with my hair aha ! I highly highly recommend her as your next hair stylist !!

Michael did my hair and let me tell you, after my move, and having the same stylist for over a decade (with nightmare stylists beforehand) I was nervous as all get out-- I even brought measuring tape with me! And he was SO COOL and reassuring, I never once felt like he wasn't listening and he took my concerns seriously. And viola, I have one of the BEST HAIRCUTS in my LIFE. I will definitely be going back and bringing my husband too :) Absolutely recommend!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Went to get my hair done, had mckayla start it by putting foils in and didn’t say a word to me while doing it. Then had another girl wash my hair. I’ve been getting my hair done for years when I told mckayla I didn’t like the colour she basically told me too bad no more time. This was the day before my Christmas party. She was so rude I started crying and she still didn’t care. I was told to go home and put purple shampoo in it. If I’m spending over 200 dollars I should NOT have to go home and do that. They then said they would get me in the next day and the owner would call which never did! Shows how much they don’t care about customers. I can not believe how poorly I was treated by staff I didn’t even bother going back.

My mom's been going there for 30 years, she'd take me to get my hair done there when I was little, I'm now going there to get my hair done as an adult. I fully trust kirstin with my hair, always done an amazing job and is super nice. The whole staff is great, I highly recommend

Great hair stylists, and a great location: Salon Michele's one of the premier hair salons in Hamilton!All of the staff are really personable, and are generally lovely people. The building's very well designed inside, despite being a historical building built at least a hundred years ago.And even though the parking in the back's a bit tight, there are ample parking spots, and and you can get in and out as long as you're careful.

What a great salon! We brought our son and everyone was so friendly and he ended up with a great hair cut. We will definitely be back!

I had Carmen my first time here and he did an amazing job. I have short hair and I'm very particular about how it's cut. I've had a hard time finding stylists who do it right. Carmen listened very carefully to what I wanted and gave me a great haircut. I went back again and got another amazing cut. So happy I found this salon!
