I have moved countries and cities often over the past 15 years so I have a fair bit of experience with a variety of home inspectors. Hands down Aaron is the most thorough and professional inspector I have ever encountered. Very honest. Gave an extremely detailed report. He explained everything patiently. Definitely recommend!!!!

We were thoroughly impressed with Aaron from the start to finish of our home inspection. Aaron was referred to us by our realtor. We are so happy he picked him because he is very thorough in his work, answered all of our questions patiently, and is very considerate as well with cost. He offers a lifetime warranty for any issues or questions about the property in the future, which is a big plus because it's very reassuring for us new homeowners. He is very easy to communicate with, honest with his work, and provides a handy checklist for maintenance. We highly recommend him!

Aaron was exceptionally detailed oriented and professional with the home inspections. The amount of information he provided was very helpful, and his descriptions of each issue was informative and easy to understand.He is super friendly and able to answer all of our questions, and delivered our report surprisingly quickly! Even it was during the long weekend!I strongly recommend Aaron if you are looking for a home inspection! We have used him twice now and will be using him and refer him to our friends and family!
