I had the absolute best on-line experience with Tricia’s Gems! They special ordered me a gorgeous ring that I as obsessing about, gave me a fantastic price and I had it within 2 weeks!! The person I dealt with (I think it was the owner?) was prompt with replies and super friendly. Highly recommend!!

Excellent! Tricia has such an amazing and unique collection! She even has moldavite! Like so much moldavite. She helped me pick out my perfect piece AND THEN her jewler set it in silver for me and made a stunning custom one of a kind moldavite ring. Had it within a week. It’s so beautiful! I love it! Randomly stopped in to look having never been there before. Some lovely items in the case and I decided to purchase a pendant that caught my eye. My daughter requested that her ring be sized as she wasn’t sure what her size is and was told that they charged for this “service.” The saleswoman told her that people come in and get sized then go elsewhere to buy. I was a little taken aback and thought that odd as it is a simple matter of placing her perfectly fitting ring on the sizing cone. It doesn’t cost anything to do. Very poor customer service response to a simple request that could have resulted in a sale and even if it didn’t, I wouldn’t be writing a poor first experience review. No other patrons in the store and 2 salespeople at the time. You lost a pendant sale and possibly a ring too.

We have heard great things but the experience we had was far from great.My husband and 2 kids came to get some matching bracelets as our kids are very into crystals and meditating with me lately.When we entered there was 2 other people in the shop (2 women together). And 2 women working at the shop. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed any help. A little later someone said hello.As we walked through the store, we couldn't find the bracelets my husband had seen online, so I went and waited at the checkout area for the 2 women that worked there to finish speaking to the other 2 women. I had to eventually ask one by kindly saying excuse me" and asked her where I could find the bracelets. She directed me to the general area and said to open one of the drawers and I should find them in there and that she'd be over in a minute.5 minutes went by

Took my daughter here to get some crystals pretty big store lots of Knick knacks if your into that type of thing. The shop dogs are cute and very chill.
