Well, looking through the other reviews, there seems to be a common theme here. Derek is great selling you the product, but his follow through and customer service is TERRIBLE. We had a couple of issues with the system and when you call him, he is very rude. I am being very generous even giving this review a one star. As the owner of the company, he needs to learn how to talk to his customers and help them through issues.I do not recommend this company to anyone. He has a nasty attitude when he is talking to his customers.A very unhappy customer.

The service and employees are awesome. The issue is Derek. He's highly condescending and rude on the phone when dealing with the most minor of issues. He needs to take a course on customer service.

Have had the pleasure of dealing with Derek and his team for the past 20 years. They have installed systems at several of mine and my family members homes, and a few businesses as well. What sets Derek apart from the rest is his availability - I can call him anytime 24/7 with any system issue, and not only does he pickup, he resolves it for me. I've gone with other companies thru the years for convenience, and have regretted it. Have brought everything back to Derek. There is a peace of mind I have of being able to call the owner at anytime and have the confidence they will assist me. That is what sets Derek & Kridan apart from the competition.

no manners very disappointed at Derek sold my contract to API Monitoring with out telling us ,extra chargeges with out telling us and calling us while we no contract with them.

I had to deal with the owner of this company since the location where I work was having some issues with the alarm abruptly going off. I called the company for assistance. The owner was the one who picked up, i explained the situation to him about 2 times. His name is Derek and he was very rude and unprofessional. He made comments such as you have two legs why don't you use them and walk downstairs and put in your code?" when I had already told him I did that. I do not feel this is a respectable or helpful way to deal with customers. As a young adult it upsets me that business owners like Derek cannot realize that is not how you should be speaking to your customers."

Derek and his team are amazing from start to finish . Kridan is my go to for all my alarm systems I have done in my various properties . If you are looking for someone that is honest, reliable , and always their to answer your call Kridan is the way to go !
