Sophie was incredibly helpful and so welcoming. She really treats you like family. I had taken an old family ring to another jeweller, who said they couldn’t do anything and it would be best to get a new ring. Sophie understood the sentimental value and the ring turned out exactly as I had envisioned it. Incredible customer service!

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from The Wedding Jewellers Co. around this time last year and I have been meaning to write a review as we had a very positive experience. My engagement ring has baguette diamonds on the band so I really wanted a wedding band that matched, which proved to be difficult. We went searching at multiple stores and upon explaining what I wanted, each salesperson informed me that they did not carry bands with baguette diamonds but that princess cut or round would also look nice with my engagement ring. Though I appreciated the suggestion, I had been very specific as to what I wanted and I was growing quite tired of one salesperson after another trying to change my mind about a ring I will be wearing for the rest of my life. This is when a friend suggested The Wedding Jewellers Co. I e-mailed Sophie who confirmed that she had the style I was inquiring about and within a few days we had visited the store, loved Sophie, and purchased not only the perfect band for me but also the perfect band for my husband! We have since had to return for my husband to have his ring re-sized and not only were we welcomed like old friends, but the process to have the ring re-sized was easy and efficient. We would definitely shop at The Wedding Jewellers Co. again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and great personalized service.

Went to The Wedding Jewellers after reading reviews and not happy with the service we were getting from some other Ottawa big store jewellers that were not that interested since we didn't have a big budget for two rings. I called and spoke to Sophie and made an appointment to visit the same day and really glad I did. Sophie discussed our budget and showed us many rings that were well within our budget. We had a hard decision which ring to choose and finally decided on two rings. Sophie was very helpfully in guiding us through the whole process and since we were getting married in a few weeks, contacted the supplier to ensure they were sent by courier to arrive a few days before our wedding.Also be aware that they are located in an industrial park so the savings in rent could be passed to their customers.Thank you Sophie for your assistance and definitely recommend you to others.

This store if full of gorgeous items, but the real gem is Sophie. Honest, knowledgeable, respectful and treats you as family, as others have said. We were absolutely blown away by her kindness, promptness, and ability to help my fiance find the perfect ring while staying within budget. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Will be recommending to everyone.

The Wedding Jewellers is incredible. We first bought my dream engagement ring which was designed with the help and knowledge of the owners. We loved the service and the selection so much we returned to buy our wedding bands, gifts for our bridesmaids and groomsmen, and I also worked with the owner to design the jewellery I wore on my wedding day. My entire experience was amazing. I would highly recommend The Wedding Jewellers to anyone looking for a one stop shop for anything wedding related.

My soon to be husband and I have been searching for our wedding bands for over a year. We couldn't find one that we love and if we did it was over budget. We have gone to many different stores, I was getting annoyed with salespeople just trying to sell and not listening to our wants and needs. He randomly found this spot and we decided to check out.We met the owner Sophie and she is just so cute and amazing. She made our mission for our wedding band very enjoyable. She listened to our wants and needs. She was very respectful towards our budget and didn't try to sell us on getting something more. After many search of rings we found the perfect wedding band for us both under budget. She made the whole experience enjoyable and we highly recommend her to others. My favourite part of this experience she treats you like family/friend not a dollar sign. Mama Sophie is AWESOME!!
