We have waited for 20 minutes and nobody come to serve me from 14:00-14:20. They serve drive through first and everyone busy at kitchen. You may need more people to work at this time.

Was a good place and enjoyed the service. Around 5pm on drive thru today Feb. 28th we met the most ignorant person. Basically throwing stuff around and plain rude to my 70 year old father. He asked for condiments and she gave him a fork and two packs of vinegar. Very poor service and she should be fired.

Legit every time I eat here I wait on food for about 10 minutes and still something comes out cold, usually the chicken. Last time we went we waited for 20 minutes, were told there was no gravy and got served cold popcorn chicken. The other patrons, that waited a half hour for their food after us, were told there was gravy so they waited; only to find out there was no gravy when they got their food. There's clearly no communication between staff and they don't seem to be bothered by customers issues.

Ordered online for pickup in 30 min, arrived to the store for them to print off our order and then put it in the que. Then had to wait an extra 20 min for our food. Manager was quite rude and forgot our dipping sauce which was plainly written on the receipt. Don't waste your time ordering online.

At 6:30pm supper time was told ZERO white meat available and a 20 min wait on it and STILL couldn’t fill my order as white chicken SPOKEN FOR! Will NEVER visit this location again as last time we stopped in they had NO CHICKEN available just sandwiches and popcorn chicken!

I was in the drive through and no one was in front of me. I asked for a 3 piece meal and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes, I said ok and proceeded with the rest of my order and was then told I couldn't have what I wanted and now I would have to wait for over 30 mins.Staff was rude and very unprofessional.I said no thank you and drove to ropewalk lane location and they filled my order in 10 minutes with no issues.

Tried phoning 3 times, got hung up on twice and then 3rd time a VERY RUDE lady answered the phone. KfC!" . WHAT HAPPENED TO Good day OR Hallo? ( No manners ) and then told me they are closing in half an hour and just hung up????? I cant...... so
