Next Generation roofing has completed the repair of the flat roof under the dormer style deck of my second story apartment. They were able to remove the deck, seal and repair the roof under it, and then replace the deck using the existing lumber, thus saving me the cost of a new deck. They also installed flashing and added guttering to improve drainage from the roof. The whole project was done quickly and throughly, with excellent communication so we got exactly was we expected. I highly recommend this company for their flat roofing expertise.

I work for a developer and we use Next Generation for all of our roofing needs. They have helped us with emergency situations on multiple occasions at several of our properties and they are always very fast to respond and book a time to show up. Even while on vacation, Michael responded and made sure we were taken care of when there was an emergency situation. In addition to their amazing customer service, they are always fair in their pricing. They are a pleasure to work with always and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Just bought an older home and was in urgent need of a new roof over our main bay window. Its a small job so I was concerned about getting a roofer out quickly. Mike was very responsive for the quote and scheduled the job within days. His crew arrived on time and were very careful to cover my property with tarps to shield my landscaping from any debris. They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. Very Happy !
