I drove to Vancouver from the United States to experience it，but it is really a very bad experience, I would like to ask if the customer will be happy if you hear you talking about the customer behind the back? Or do you think the guests can't hear you? The most speechless is our appointment time, telling us that the stylist is very busy, so what is the point of me making an appointment in advance? Service attitude is particularly poor, sincerely not recommended, waiting for 3 hours. Really speechless.

DONT GO TO THIS SALON!! Because you will find that it is the best salon EVER! The environment was friendly and hospitable, and stylist Benson was an experienced professional. I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking to get their hair done. I’m LOVING my hair !! Definitely going back to get my roots done.

My hairstylist Joy Liu is incredible. I really appreciate the amount of attention and care that she takes in every part of the haircut. At the end she often gives me multiple ways to style my hair for different looks and I've never had a bad haircut with her.The only minus I would give this place is that I almost always have to wait ~20 minutes. But that is always made up for by the fact that Joy does my hair so well.Highly recommend!!

I do NOT recommend.1) You can probably find a different salon to do the same thing for cheaper. Paid ~$400 to get my hair dyed brown only for it to not look any different from my black hair. Compared with my other friends who got their hair dyed at different salons, all of theirs looked visibly different, except mine. I even sent the photos of my hair to different stylists to take a look, and even they were confused.2) Also got added a $100 haircut fee despite not having asked for a haircut.3) This exact same issue happened to my university friend and we were quite disappointed despite this salon having so many positive reviews

I went to this salon at first out of a recommendation from a friend of mine.I’ve been so pleased with Kmon Wu. She takes great care of my hair and does a wonderful job from the past colouring or toning sessions I’ve had with her. Her input to make sure my hair quality is healthy and not damaged has been greatly appreciated.The overall salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

I’ve been looking for a good hairdresser for so long and happy to say I finally found one! I booked with Vic for a haircut , he is very professional and skillful. He actually listens and understands what you want. Also, give you hair styling suggestions base on ur face shape, skin tone etc. Highly recommend Vic and So’o salon to everyone.

Today was my first time to So’o salon and honestly I finally found a stylist that I will follow him in the rest of my life! He is Aka, Taiwanese stylist, he showed his professional skills, passionate attitude and precise recommendation. He focuses on details and his patience was amazing.This salon has relax and spacious environment, suitable temperature and they use branded shampoo. If you consider your personal image, your spent here worth of it.

Aka Che is my hairstylist at So'o Salon and he is absolutely amazing. He catches on the details and truly understands what I want every visit; such skills and patience! Grateful to have found a great hairstylist here. Not to mention, he is always courteous and service is awesome. I feel very welcome! Thank you so much, Aka!
