Bill Haldane Appraisals

Bill was able to complete our appraisal quickly however not all of the information required was included in the report. The issue was resolved once it was brought to his attention, however because of the missing information in the report we had significant funds withheld from the bank for an additional month (until the error was resolved). Oddly enough my credit card hadn't been run yet and the number was written down incorrectly (also concerning since it was over a month later) so I received a call to confirm my card number. At that time I expressed my frustrations and indicated that I didn't think I should pay the full amount for the services because of the error. The office staff wouldn't hear me out. She continually talked over me and accused of being dishonest and unwilling to pay for services completed, when in fact I was willing to pay, just not the full amount because of the hassle they created for us. The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional. A sincere apology and 10% off would've gone a long way. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else.

This company finalized our appraisal in an efficient, professional manner. And because we were pushed for time they even completed the job in a few days! Very good company.
