I called in a panic, needing a last minute piece of engraving. Even though it was the end of the day, he very kindly took the order, and didn’t charge extra for the rush job. Did a beautiful job on a complicated custom design using our kids’ writing on a nonstandard mug. It turned out perfectly. Even though I know it took extra work he did not charge extra. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
