Yorkdale Medical Clinic

I have been with this clinic and Dr Mascan for about 8 years and honestly I don't know why because it is very mediocre service. Every time I call to try and book an appointment I have to wait at LEAST 1 week, but usually am told 2-3 weeks is the next available appointment. Honestly, what is the point- I always end up going to the walk-in clinic when I am sick or have problems. I can't even get a 5 minute phone call for a prescription refill without having to wait a week.

Dr. Mascan is amazing .As far as appointments No matter when you book your appointment during the day you are expected to wait at least one hour to be seen by the doctor , the way the clinic is run is very disrespectful to regular patients , they accept walk ins and they plug them between the scheduled appointments , this caused a lot of back ups , I had to leave back to work so I wasn’t able to stay longer than half an hour past my booked time , so I had to reschedule for a day at 9 am so no wait time

New receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. I have attended the clinic today after failing to reach the office via phone. I wasn’t able to book virtual appt even the voice message system clearly says they provide virtual and in person appt. I ended up driving to the clinic. I have arrived around 10am. 2 receptionist were talking and no patients in the clinic. I have waited a few minutes before I was rudely acknowledged by the rudest Secretary that I have ever met. She asked if I had an appt?She didn’t even let me finish my sentence when she replied , no we don’t offer walk in!!! Clinic‘s name is Walk in clinic.I said that I’m a patient of Dr Magali and she replied “ oh well you MUST book an appt”I said that I have left voice messages and no one returned my call, she replied “ we can see you next Wednesday approx 6 days later” or sit here until 3:30pm!!!! ( 5.5 hrs later) There was not a single patient in the clinic. I didn’t appreciate the way she chose to treat me!!! I asked if she could please speak to the Dr first and she replied “ SIT DOWN”. Not “ have a seat please ….”I am happy with Dr Magali but it’s so difficult to deal with such awful staff.

Dr Mena Magellie and Dr Lavinia Mascan have been the God sent doctors. They both work as a team and are very kind, caring, sympathetic and listened to my health concerns without rushing. They made sure my health was taken well care of. God bless you both for being there for me.

We have been coming to this clinic for years and have been blessed to have wonderful doctors treating us. Dr. Mascan is my family's primary physician but I have also had Dr. Megellie when I needed an appointment and she wasn't available. Both are very knowledgeable, thorough and have always taken the time to address any medical issues we've had.

Dr Mascan a very good doctor. She is caring and won't rush. Found her to be very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Sometimes it is hard to see her but then Dr Mena Megallie takes over and is equally courteous, kind and excellent doctor. They both make a good team and provide utmost care. Thank you doctors. God bless you. Their secretary Angella & Denise are prompt in replying calls. Thank you all.

the receptionist of this clinic DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, REPLY TO EMAILS. I NEED TP SPEAK WITH A MANAGER ASAPFROM THIS FACILITY. THIS IS A DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND THE LACK OF COMMUNCATION IS UNACCEPTABLE

This new blonde receptionist does not know how to do her job as I keep booking my appointments on Tuesday and she keeps moving them to wednesdays. Today is the third time I came in and then telling me it’s on Wednesday and not Tuesday. I work in the office on Wednesday and there is no way I would make an appointment. The nurses there are rushed and they do not care about their patients whatsoever. This clinic does not deserve people coming there. Go there and expect disappointment.

Dr.Mascan is our family doctor. We have been with Yorkdale Med since it opened. This is a gem of a clinic with professional staff from top to bottom. From the receptionist Nicole , to all the doctors on site. Creating a warm, clean and caring environment to ensure proper health care. Regardless of your sickness they will see you as a walk in or by appointment. Keep in mind the clinic in not enormous and it may take a little time to see you or make an appointment but it is worth the wait. The pharmacy is perfectly set up inside and always has your best interests in mind. Belive me, when it comes to your family's and your health trust no other than the team at Yorkdale med.
