Tried to re-book a trip that got cancelled at the beginning of the the pandemic but service is not the same post pandemic. My agent got her commission in 2020 and in my opinion can’t be bothered to do her job now. Thanks for nothing, useless good for nothing ignorance at it finest again. Can’t even pick up a phone just gives me the run around via email, very unimpressed
