Took the family away for a short winter vacay and Firesong fit the bill. Beautiful accommodations in picturesque surroundings. Accommodations were lovely and clean. Lori and Dean were wonderful to work with. Everything was top notch!

Deciding to look more local we discovered FireSong. Such a great time gathering with family from different locations. No one had to host! This was so relaxing and fun and educational! Booked again for next summer's gathering of the clan. So much room to roam in the Heritage and on the grounds.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not book ANYTHING here or they’ll ruin your event, and then keep your money.When taken to social media, they will delete all negative comments and reviews (and possibly hid their page on Facebook) so nobody knows how unprepared and how much of a scam this place is when holding weddings or any events.

I was considering booking here, but not after I read the reviews. What you did to that bride and groom was just horrible. Hiring a pastor at a non religious wedding? I would freak. Like I'd walk out of my own wedding. God and Jesus have no place in my love life, let alone my life. It's just so unbelievabl, on your part.

This place is an absolute joke. Ruined my brothers wedding. These people stole $14,000 and what was supposed to be one of the best days of their life from them. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Hi am Daylene Chee. I would like to Recommend people from everywhere to come and have a good week Vacation here. The location of the place and the view here is beautiful. You'll enjoy the sound of there waterfall located in the back of the cabins. With the surrounding of nature in the background in the evening as well. The service they provide is very good and I'm sure that you'll love this place as much as I do. It's like a home away from home. Thnx for the wonderful experience Deano and Lori. SCAMMER ALERT!!! The owners here are terrible and are scamming bridal parties left and right. Please, don't spend a dime here. Promises of beautiful things only to be let down with dollarama plastic junk, and uncertified specialists"."

They completely ruined a friends wedding! And when she took to social media to share her horrendous experience, in great detail, they put out a pathetic “woe is me” post. When they got blasted with unfavourable comments, they deleted them and turned off commenting.Yes, they had a tragic loss in the family. But sadly that doesn’t excuse the months and months of planning that was supposed to happen. The bride didn’t want a religious ceremony, but yet they hired a religious pastor instead of an officiant. The bride wanted real flowers, she was handed plastic flowers. The bride wanted her hair and makeup done with the ladies who were standing up with her, she ended up having to get her hair done alone by someone who wasn’t even qualified! While the other ladies had to do each other’s hair with the hair stuff they brought. She had to drive HERSELF to the ceremony because Lori was so unprepared. She’s in a wedding dress and the day is supposed to be everything she ever dreamed about!!Based on reviews this is a nice place to stay, but DO NOT get them to plan your wedding. At the MOST they should only have the venue available for rent. And that’s it. Because they seriously have no clue what goes into planning a wedding, and the communication needed. I would give them zero stars if I could for ruining their wedding day and then not refunding them appropriately. They should have a full refund.

The host Laurie is such a wonderful person. She really went beyond her duties and made us dinner. We were really honored to have walleye and Jasmine rice with 5 star cooking. The place itself is serene. We are excited about going back.
