If you are with any other provider... You are making the wrong choice. With my years of experience as a consumer, Freedom offers the best plans, perks and services, BY FAR! This location specifically, the employees are extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure the customers happiness. They still text me to see how my services are... It's wonderful!

We had a wonderful experince at the Kingston Center Location, Brad the associate was more than helpful with what wanted in terms or a new phone and what we could add to our existing plan. Freedom always has the best competitive pricing in the market especually for families. I only wish Freedom would continue tooffer a discount for families with more tban one line. You had it the pass, “ Called Better Together”As for Brad he was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had asked. He was friendly and gave us the best option for a family of five. Thank you Brad, we will continue to be a Freedom customers.

I visited the store to talk about getting a new Samsung on my grandfathered plan and was impressed with how knowledgeable Zack and Brad were with comparing my current device to the new one. My hat goes off to these guys as they had some guy come in yelling at them, because he thought they were Rogers but both employees kept their cool and professionalism! I don't like posting things online but these guys deserved some credit and I wanted to show that respect for taking the time answering all my questions! Take care.

The absolute worst phone company to go with. Service was a nightmare. Unless you are outside 24/7 in a big city like Kingston your calls will go to voicemail while inside a building or house, or even while driving out of town within 5 minutes there is zero signal whatsoever. They will not fix the issue they only tell you that you are not close enough to a cell phone tower or to reset your phone. If you want feel safe that your phone will have a signal when needed, especially during an emergency do NOT go with this company. If you do not live directly in a city avoid this company at all cost.

I typically hate making big purchases like upgrading my phone. Brad was able to answe all of my questions and provide info that I hadn’t even begun to think about. Such friendly and helpful service. Thank you for making this such an easy and informative experience.

I thought I was getting a good deal on two lines. I was not told that I was signing up for a prepaid AND a postpaid. When I tried to cancel my account and the two numbers, one was not cancelled, and one I couldn't get a refund on, even though it was in the time allotted for cancellation, because it was prepaid, which I was not told about.Now trying to get my refund, I'm told 3 different things from 3 different people. I told them to cancel both lines, only one was cancelled, and I was charged an extra $130 for the other. I've asked for them to be cancelled, and they're not cancelling, and STILL charging me!!Freedom Mobile is a scam!
