Maybe it’s just me, but i never talk back to clients at work, as it’s bad practice and not my place. These people have no problem with that though, making snarky comments about my “attitude” all the while acting like I’m trying to do something illegal when attempting to retrieve my parcel. If you’re not satisfied with the multiple pieces of ID i’m presenting, there’s a polite and efficient way of saying it. You don’t have to default to being condescending, suspicious and talking in circles. Not doing business again with this post office any time soon.

The tel number of this CanadaPost office leads to an old man who has been harassed for years now by people trying to reach PostCanada at this address !I called PAGEJAUNE & canadapost customer service & they said thatyou have the power to take down!

I had positive experience with this post office. Marco was very helpful in everything and we fast solved all problems with my freight. I have to send back to Amazon big massage table 16kg. Not every Canada post office accepts such big freight, but this subsidary does. Marco helped me to pack the table according all standards, explained how to track my good. Thank you very much
