I had mold in my basement and after speaking with customer service representative Laura she booked me an inspection with Matt because we had visible on our drywall. Matt showed up on time and gave us a through and detailed quote. We booked services for mold removal the next week. Lester and his team who did the mold removal were professional. Would highly recommend this company for any mold removal jobs.

Very impressed with CRS! They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mold detection and removal, and anything environmental really. We have 3 young kids at home so we don't want to take any chances with their health. After CRS completed the job meticulously we felt very safe and comfortable in our home. We found mould in the ceiling of our townhouse Condo. This ceiling has asbestos popcorn texture on it as well. I contacted many competitive mould/asbestos remediation companies. First off, most specialty companies will only remove the mould/asbestos and refer you to a remodeling company afterwards. I had multiple companies quote the project. Canada Restoration was not only a competitive quote but it was more detailed then many I received. Marat was my project manager and he was extremely patient and supportive through the process. Originally we just wanted the mould removed and do a DIY to replace the ceilings but we later changed the plan and asked Canada Restoration to do everything. Marat was great, he easily scheduled and quoted the changed without issue.The team that came to remove the mould/asbestos was amazing! They were always on time and worked hard. They provided lots of communication on the progress and took lots of pictures because we could not enter the area they were working.The team that replaced the ceilings were also quite good. When they were here working they worked hard and fast. Unfortunately there were some scheduling issues and it took them more days than expected to complete the job. I contacted Marat regarding this issue and he was attentive to the issues and came on site to make sure the crew was meeting the goals of the project.From the time this entire project began to fully completed was 2 weeks. It was stressful but in the grand scheme thats pretty fast. We are really happy with this company and would 100% RECOMMEND them.I want to send an extra Thank You to Marat. You are very good at customer service and at understanding the stresses we (the customers) feel in these types of project, Thank you.
