Extremely helpful and reassuring when I was travelling and I forgot to bring my prescription. I was expecting an ordeal but they made it quick and painless to get an emergency refill on my prescription so I could enjoy my holiday without worry.

I have being going since Colleen and Shane Hogg opened Quadra’s first pharmacy many years ago. I have moved to CR and I still go. Was there yesterday getting my prescription. The Best !

This is a stellar community pharmacy, in every sense of the phrase. I'm a recently new resident to Quadra & the pharmacists here have been incredible regarding my medications.They have also been incredible sorting out emergency medications for my dog since this pandemic blew up. Incompetent vets for some reason couldn't get medications to me for my dog & left me stranded with no viable options. I went in & talked to the pharmacists here when a vet in Campbell River screwed up sending meds for my dog, which ended up in Richmond because they didn't fornat my address correctly. As a result, it took weeks to receive my dog's meds.The pharmacists here came through for us, quickly, when I told them the problems I was having. My old vet also got in touch with them today to see what could be done about getting my dog emergency antibiotics. Once again, the pharmacists here came through for us the same day. We'll have antibiotics for my dog tomorrow because of this.I'd highly recommend this pharmacy, whether you're visiting Quadra, or living here. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacists here, as well as the staff who work in the rest of the store. They've been incredibly helpful & friendly during this highly stressful time, which has made our lives a whole lot easier.Thank you to the pharmacists & other employees at this store. You're greatly appreciated. Your hearts & actions are definitely in the right place ♥️

My husband and I moved to Quadra Island a year ago. I needed to have a prescription transfered to the pharmacy here (Cove Pharmacy) and when I called them, the pharmacist told me not to worry, they would take care of it for me. They made the phone call to the pharmacy in Victoria from where we moved from and had everything ready for me by the next day.All the staff have been so helpful and are always pleasant and friendly. All the pharmacists and staff are extremely knowledgable. If they aren't sure of something, they aren't afraid to ask a colleague and get the information you need. They get along great behind the counter. Not something that is always seen in bigger places.They always make us feel welcome and have made us feel like we have been with them for years.If you move to Quadra Island, I wouldn't hesitate having prescriptions filled by any of the highly qualified staff that work at Cove Pharmacy.
