Cash for Cars - Halifax
The service was okay at first, but the process was a mess at the end. We send them the documentation requested and once it was reviewed and approved, we agreed that they would come pick up the car on a Friday, but they did not show up and did not warn us. They came on Monday, but the dispatcher did not accept the documentation, which was the exact same docs we had submitted and approved prior to that whole waste of time. So a waste of time getting the doc approved, and a waste of time staying home for 2 days waiting for the dispatcher. All for nothing at the end.
