Rainbow Play Centre

I love this play center. We usually go about once a week. However, paying $11 for a 1 year on a Friday seems like a bit much. I think it is a bit greedy to charge that much for a baby. Overall a nice place though, my son always has a great time.

Son loves this place. Runs around, climbs, jumps on trampoline and is in heaven whenever he is there. We moved to guelph in December and have gone once a week (4 times). He is all sweaty and tired when we leave. Great place to take your kiddies!

Great place to take the little one. One big drawback is that on weekends they charge $7 for any additional adult other than the primary caregiver/gaurdian to watch their little ones play. Weekends I'm sure are their busiest times and this kind of feels like a cash grab. Staff are friendly and courteous.

By far the best place in guelph to bring your little one. My son and i love it! The staff are awesome, its so clean and the bathroom/changeroom is gorgeous. Everything you need is there they even supply wipes! Worth every penny. Snacks are also very fairly priced. its an all round good experience.

• Size: Medium - lots of nice open space.• Free Wifi: Yes (ask front desk for password).• Snacks: The usual school-safe selection; pop and coffee/tea pods for grownups.• Seating: Some padded ottoman-style benches near the play structure, lots of tables/chairs/highchairs in the snacking section, a padded recliner near the toddler area.• Condition: Pristine! Freshly painted, brand new equipment everywhere, spotless. Like an Apple Store with a park in it.• Parking: It's on the upper level of the Stone Road Mall, so there's tons of places to park.• Misc: Long 2-level play structure with ball pit, foamy ball guns (moderately noisy), and a ton of other fun stuff, free foosball and air hockey tables, a cool padded spinning tube kids can roll around in, non-enclosed toddler area with merry-go-round and huge gear wall, pop radio playing lightly in the background, nice bathrooms, skews a little younger (under 10 maybe), friendly service.

Awesome place for kids of all ages! My 3yo and 10 month old both had a blast. They have an awesome infant/toddler area and then a larger section for the older kids. My son loves the ball pit and slides while the infant loves the neat carousel. The staff are super freindly and the place is very clean. I would recommend to everyone!

Great spot, and a welcome addition to Guelph. Clean equipment and and helpful staff.There is no outside food or drink allowed. If they sold decent snacks for kids I could get past it, but I didn't see anything other than chips and the like. They have a lovely seating area but the fact that they don't want you bringing your own snacks (or water?) for your kids is a strike.Also the times I've been here there was only a single staff member. For the size I would have expected more than one.If it weren't for the food and drink restriction this would be a 5 star review.

Amazing staff! Such an amazing safe setup for kids. My 9 and 3yo played for hours! So glad to have the option after a long day of shopping let’s them burn off some steam :) Highly recommended! Worth it for the price definitely

Just over a year ago my daughter fractured her elbow at this place. She had to get surgery and spent the night at the hospital. The staff working that day was two 16 year old girls who both said they had no first aid training. They did not no what a sling was looking in there first aid kit. Another nice lady who was there with her kids helped me out. I talked with the manager after and he said all his staff are first aid trained before they get hired or he doesn’t hire them. A week later I was walking past going to sport check and I seen one of the girls working. I popped in to let them no what happened and asked her if she was first aid trained again. She said she was and just misunderstood the question when I asked during the incident. Wow how do you misunderstand a question as simple as “are you first aid trained”. There was something shady going on. I have never ever returned and never ever will.
