As a first time renter, I was a little overwhelmed looking for an apartment. Renting from Curran Property management has been a great experience for me. The place I was shown, was spotless and ready to move. In every time I’ve needed something Charlina has quickly responded and took care of all my maintenance needs. The maintenance team and staff have all been polite, prompt and courteous. Thank you for making my first time renting experience, such an easy and enjoyable one.

Charlina Curran is the worst property manager in the Ottawa-Gatineau region! She lacks empathy, care and compassion towards other individuals, specifically those who are first time renters looking for a place to call home. I have been in contact with numerous people who currently reside in one of her buildings (The Park West) and the mistreatment I faced trying to apply for a unit is nowhere near the disrespect “her” tenants face on a daily basis when trying to speak with her. If you are looking for an affordable and cozy place to call home DO NOT choose (Curran Property Management). Instead, Homestead and Minto are the better competitors as they do not lack in customer service and units are updated frequently and to the best of their ability. PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM CURRAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CHARLINA ALL TOGETHER. You will thank me afterwardsHad to give 1 star as 0 is not an option):

I have been dealing with Charlina of Curran Properties for more than a decade. They have respond quickly and are always fair. If ever I would be lucky enough to own property I would definitely Hire Curran Properties without hesitation.
