I got them installed in the fall and now my house is so much warmer! Definitely great materials for heat retention. Highly recommend them

Having done many renovations on my century home over the past 10 years, I can say hands down that this company was among the worst to deal with. There were long delays in measuring the windows and getting them installed windows. Poor customer service with emails and calls left unanswered. When they did come to install them, there was one missing, which took months to get. The installation was messy with excess foam oozing around the window frame. And those promised Air Miles I was coveting? I made numerous calls to get them. Promises were made, transfer dates given and ignored. Still have not received them. I would not recommend EcoTech to anyone. I see that EcoTech have received many complaints through the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading.

It has only been 2 days since installation of 9 windows, so I’ll update after I familiarize & get thru Winter. Love how it looks; & my sales contact (Nelson Buceta) was personable, patient & product savvy. I would highly recommend him.
