In April of 2022, we solicited Davidson Site Works to transform our backyard for us and they did not disappoint! From our initial meeting with Brian where he explained his design first planning process, he inspired confidence and made us feel comfortable and valued as we talked about our project and what we hoped the outcome would be. Brian worked us through the design phases and into construction seamlessly. He dealt with difficult and challenging site conditions with grace and professionalism and left us with a backyard we now cherish. Without hyperbole, we have spent more time in our backyard this past summer than we have the previous five summers combined. We will not hesitate calling Davidson Site Works again.

Cannot say enough good things! From the first meeting to the end of the installation, DSW went above and beyond. We're so happy with the reasonable price, the integrity of the workmanship, and the crew is so friendly and approachable plus they cleaned everything up when they left. Highly recommend.

We recently had our house rebuilt and required some site grading and drainage changes. Davidson Site Works built a retaining wall, installed a French drain & swale and bulldozed our back jungle to create a lovely garden. The results are amazing!!! Brian and the team were very professional and worked continuously during some of the hottest days of the year! We are very happy with all the work they did for us and we would highly recommend them. We are extremely satisfied of our new back deck built by Davidson Site Work. Brian is an absolute professional and takes a great amount of pride in his work. Work by Brian Davidson was characterized by ‘great care’. In designing the deck, attention was paid to our original ideas and vision. Several possibilities were sketched out by Brian, allowing debate, consideration and then a ‘narrowing in’ on what would be produced. Plans were drawn up to code. Manual labour to break apart an old cement porch was staggering; Brian barely flinched. Unexpected old porch footings demanded a second iteration of plans … in both cases Brian’s detailed site plans ensured the permit process. Room was made, in the project, for the owner’s contribution of labour … it was here that Brian’s attention to site safety and flowing contribution of ‘tricks of the trade’ were most obvious and appreciated. Constant offering and incorporation of ‘best construction means’ and ‘artistic possibilities’ made for a product that exceeded expectations. Clean up was part of each day’s work and, at the end, meant the deck and yard were immediately ready for use. A great experience of a craftsman at work.

Brian and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From design to install, their communication and professionalism was the best I've seen from any contractor I've used.The project took about a week. They were prompt and respectful of my home. Brian kept me updated through the project and despite inclimate weather the team was always upbeat. When they finished, my yard looked better than when they started. I can't recommend them enough!Payment was easy through cheque or etransfer, and the costs were split through the project which protects both sides in the arrangement.

Brian and his crew did an excellent job installing our new stone steps in our garden. Brian was a big help in choosing the right materials and modifying our design idea to make it even better. The work blends right in with our existing aesthetic in the garden. We're very happy with the work!

Brian and team were great! We couldn't be happier with the fence they installed. Its changed our yard so much for the better. Brian was so easy to work, responding to emails/calls promptly and following through exactly as he said he would. The team was very courteous on-site and kept our yard clean. We barely realized they were there! Highly recommend them for any landscaping job.

Brian and his team built us an awesome set of rear stairs to join the house with the garden and also provide all necessary guards around the walkout steps. The work was top grade - we passed inspection first time with no need for any modifications. The team were onsite every day, respectful and friendly. They kept the worksite clean and made sure we were happy with everything they did, even re-laying a few stones to make sure I was 100% happy with the result. I would definitely use Brian and his team again.
