Booked an appointment to speak with an accountant, when we got to the office they gave us a drop-off form which is not the service we booked. We waited over 15 minutes while the employees discussed why we were there, then we were rudely told they will not speak with us and would only accept a drop-off. Very unprofessional. They should not be booking appointments if they only have drop-off services available.

I have been filing my taxes here for 3 years. Bryan is simple amazing! He takes the time to explain everything and answers all your questions thoroughly. Kind and professional service from everyone .

I'm not going anywhere else to file my taxes! Best experience ever!Bryan stayed in the office till 10:30 PM to address all my questions in full detail. He TRULY went above and beyond to help me get the highest tax return. This is the first time that I felt all my questions are properly answered. By the way, he even found a mistake in my tax return from last year and instructed me on following up with the other company that had filed my tax. Thanks to his recommendation, I was able to get even more tax return from last year!

After reading a couple of negative reviews I felt the need to come on here and show some love. I started going to Bryan two years ago, and I highly recommend him to anyone! Bryan was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He goes above and beyond what a normal tax guy would to do to make sure I'm taken care of, always available at any point to answer questions, regardless of whether it's tax time or not. I've dealt with various tax guys in the past and I can honestly say, Bryan is BY FAR the best!

I started dealing with Bryan 3 or 4 years ago when I took over power of attorney for my dad's affairs. He helped me get everything up-to-date and in order. Later, when I became executor, he steered me through the final return and most recently, the clearance certificate process. He is very professional and, just as important for me, a good guy. I would highly recommend his services.

In the past, I had used an accounting firm, but this year, I decided to go to Liberty instead. (Having retired from self employment, the tax returns for my wife and me are no longer as complicated as in the past.) A lady named Kathy worked on our returns and produced a beautiful package. She did phone me to ask a few questions and about a missing T5 document. Very professional.I met with her after the returns were done and remained impressed. The fee was about $300 less than the accountant would have charged.Unlike many H&R Block locations, Liberty is open all year round since they do book keeping and tax returns for small businesses. That was why I came here; that gave me a bit more confidence. Because we have a lot of investments, our tax returns are not simple; I certainly did not feel confident in trying to do them myself.We don't have any write-offs, so she could not have saved us money per se, but I feel she did the best possible. I very rarely rate a business as a 5 star, but this one was, for us, anyway.

Horrible service!! Owner is very rude!! The lady at the front desk was very nice, but that’s was the only one. The man helping us (the owner) was extremely rude right from the get go. He had a horrible attitude. He didn’t help us at all. He skimmed over my info in seconds and then pushed it aside. Then he asked questions about my wife’s business that didn’t pertain to her taxes at all. My wife did all her research and had all her numbers and papers sorted, just need a small hand filing them. His response was he had been doing it for 30 years(saying it all high and mighty), but couldn’t even answer our simple questions. We just got up collected all of our paperwork and left. He was so rude my wife was crying when we left. At least the lady at the front desk said sorry.
