Had my van towed in friday night, one of the mechanics decided to take a look at it on Saturday, his day off. Fixed it so we could have it for our road trip to yellowknife. Made our trip...thanks Jason!!!

Feb 2023 i had my front cv axils replaced at your shop. This weekend i was making the drive to kelowna when my car suddenly started shaking so badly i couldnt drive it over 40kmhr stranded with a toddler in the car, costing me thousands of dollars. The mechanic that fixed my car said the cv axils went and there was missing pieces “ There is a shim or holding washer before cooper pin missing on both sides of cv axles”I called this shop to let them know and they had ZERO empathy, and offered nothing.Very scary horrible experience. Can never trust your shop ever again.Hes calling me now since posting this, and his ONLY concern is questioning me on the missing pieces and how this isnt his fault. Told me to call the mechanic who FIXED my issue and tell him to put it under HIS warranty. I called the other mechanic and told him and ge agreed with me that this is Sooke Centers problem and not his.This guy has gaslit me over and over and continues to do so.

Just returned home from an incredible experience and service! Had the engine cooling system light go off and Sooke Auto managed to squeeze me into their busy Friday morning schedule. They found the leak very quickly and received complimentary service! I know where I’m now going for future car issues. Thank you Sooke Auto!!

Great bunch of guys at the shop. Very knowledgeable is an understatement. Just a real good honest place to get work done, honest billing, diagnosis, and estimates.

I was more than happy with the service l received for my Chevy Spark. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was happy with the amount l was charged and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.

We were from Vancouver staying at Sooke for vacation. We had discovered that there was a little plastic tube connection came loose under the hood and no matter what we do, it just won't re-connect. We were desperate as we still need to drive a long way. So we search and search and we just made a stop at Sooke Centre Auto Repair. Jason took a look. He cleaned and cut the tube, replaced the little plastic connector, use some fire to soften the tube and Jason reconnect the tube for us. I was so happy. So I asked how much do I owe you. Jason said nothing! So he did the fix for me for free. There is still hope in the human race with people like Jason who just helped us without asking for a return. Thank you, Jason.
