Maison Birks, official retailer of Patek Philippe in Vancouver

I wanted to learn more about the Patek brand. The two employees in the boutique were generous with their time and knowledge. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I have enjoyed each of my visits to this store. I first walked into this store many many years ago, and Irina and Troy spent a considerable amount of time with me and helped answer all of my questions. I did not purchase anything in my first few visits to this store, yet they still took the time to help me without ever making me feel pressured to purchase anything nor did they ever made me feel dismissed despite not purchasing anything, unlike other stores that I have visited. They were very patient and kind during all of my visits, even when I had my little one with me - FYI, they were amazing with my little one. After many visits, I was finally ready to make my first purchase, and the time piece is absolutely beautiful. That was many moons ago, and I still love it as much today, if not even more. Since then, I have continued to visit the store and have made other purchases. Their jewelry is also so beautiful. On the watches side, times have changed and exquisite watches such as Pateks (and certainly they are not the only watch brands to have limited allocations) are so hard to come by and allocations to stores are so limited that it’s so rare to be able to get your hands on one. But I still love that I get to come in and see and physically try on and appreciate these rare watches on exhibit … and it gives me a chance to visit with Irina and Troy :) I have had such a wonderful experience here, and through all of my visits have also gotten to know Jas as well, and he is also wonderful. I highly recommend this store. I love to drop by whenever I am in the downtown area just to say hi.

I first bought my watch from Irina over a decade ago. It was a Rolex when the boutique was still Brinkhaus. Since then Irina has helped me selected a diamond for my wife's engagement ring, important anniversary gifts, and some more watches along the way. However times have changed where it is nearly impossible to get allocations for anything since it is just the nature of the industry. That's why I am always grateful if I get a call from her with an opportunity as these calls are so rare these days compared to years ago.

The sale is extremely ignorant and judgemental. If you dont like an upper class, they will trear you terribly with a very sarcastic tone. The sale ruined my impression of the brand. Very disappointing.

I have a consumption in birks.I am new here.The store was open, there were watches in the locker, there were purchases and I knew what I was doing. But when I want to have a look at the exhibits in the cabinet, I don't mean to take a look at you and tell me that they are exhibits. If your product can not be appreciated by others, can not let others into your product, then please close the door! Maybe you think your brand is the top, but no matter who buys your watch is buying a piece of time, it is your service, your brand and your service do not match.

Always a terrific experience at the Patek store! I first met Irina, Troy and Jas a few years ago, when I came in searching for my first luxury watch. I found Irina and Troy to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand, and they recommended a watch that I wouldn't have initially chosen. Without any pressure, they gave me some time to think about it. And in the end, they were right: I love it and am so happy with their recommendation!Since then, I've visited the store several times and have always found Irina, Troy, and Jas to be kind, warm and friendly. And they are all amazing with my 3 year old - she also loves to visit! Certainly, the the watch market (worldwide) has changed in the last few years, and Patek is not immune. I still find it enjoyable to visit the store to see what watches they have on exhibit, and also take a peak of the beautiful jewelry they sell at Graff. Thank you to Irina, Troy and Jas who represents the Patek brand to the highest standard!

I have always been treated with professionalism regarding my interest in Patek Philippe time pieces. Irina, Vijay and, VP Laura in Geneva, are all stars. The fact their exquisite watches, for good reason, are so coveted leads to delays for all of us but the wait is worth it.

I have dealt with this store for over 40 years and they have always been outstanding. I also realize there is a problem with supply meeting the demand. This is no different then any new car dealership or try to get a new rolex, impossible. What I appreciate most about this store is the competent and knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great work!

Ms Irina is a wonderful lady. She was thorough and friendly in explaining the current situation in watches. I learned so much today.
