Jiffy Cabs

Absolutely brutal. i had to call 3 times and said we had 4 people, they didn't show up for 30/35 minutes. when he got here he was extremely rude and was mad that we had 4, he then pressed the meter button with a ton of aggression. on top of that, he had none of his information and would not speak when spoken to about the address. License plate is TXP 127and cab number is 090. would NOT recommend. Extremely uncomfortable for all of us.

No issues whatsoever. These guys are top notch! AND the only ones who answer the phone. Today Blue and White told me “sorry I got nothin for you”….

I find that most rides I've has with jiffy had me feeling uncomfortable at best. Most of the time I'd call would be in the wee hours of the morning, and the cab drivers tend to blow through stop signs and sometimes drive 70 in a 50 zone neighborhood. One I had tonight would stop at a red light and let the car slowly roll backwards just to drive it forwards again to the line and repeat.

I only have one complaint, i called at 2:49 pm to be somewhere at 3:30 pm and had to call back twice after that. I am not very pleased, this was a special treat for my daugther after a great report at the doctors.

The wait time was short. But the ride was uncomfortable. The driver smokes in the car so it smells bad and upon exit all my clothes smell with cigarette smoke. This is very bad, these drivers must understand that not all riders are smokers or are comfortable smelling like one. They must show some respect to their passengers by smoking out of their cars.

This past weekend an absolutely AMAZING Jiffy driver saved me and my friends from a really terrible experience with a City Wide driver and I wanted to share the experience!!A city wide driver brought me and my friends to the wrong street, screamed at us, and dropped us back off downtown because he made a mistake abandoning me and my friends at 330 am, even after we said we would pay him for the extra kilometers.After seeing us stranded on the corner by the city wide driver, a wonderful female cab driver with Jiffy yelled out to us and said GO TO THE DELTA, WHERE YOURE STANDING IS SO HARD TO GET CABS (I'm so sad I forgot her name but this was around 330 or 4 am after going out Friday and being out all night)So me and my friends walked to the delta and she had picked up another customer and drove past again, we've been standing in the cold for about an hour at this point after the city wide guy abandoned us, and she yells I WILL COME BACK FOR YOU as she drives byAnd she did, she came right back for us after dropping her other customer off and the whole time waiting no other cab stopped for us. She drove us home and had an amazing conversation with us and she was so incredibly sweet it blew my mind after the horrible experience we had with City Wide. I'd give 10 stars for this Jiffy cab experience if I could!!!

I spent almost a week in St John’s, NL and this cab ride was by far my worst. The driver was incredibly rude. He started to drive before my door was closed and ignored my complaint. The hotel where I stayed has a specific driveway and it’s required for all vehicles to punch in and out. The driver fumbled with the ticketing machine all while starting the meter prematurely. Keep in mind, we’ve had countless cab rides while visiting. The routine has been the same. I did not feel safe with this driver. He then proceeded to tell my 65 year old mother and I to not call their cab service. Incredibly rude and it felt as if he prejudged us the moment he pulled up to our hotel on July 1st. Condensing, misogynistic, and prejudiced people should not be employed in service industries. Very unpleasant experience

If there was anything lower than one star I would give let’s not even talk about how the driver legit lost me and I had to direct him but the call receiver was Extremely rude like Rude I don’t even know how to describe the feeling but I’m surely never using this unless it’s my last choice.

I have had several cab rides with jiffy and not had a single issue with the drivers. All have been very friendly with clean cabs and have more than happy to give their recommendations. Certain call takers however are very rude, and judging by other reviews it seems like that is a recurring theme.
