Great place that has been expanding and growing since I’ve been there

To date, this company has taken almost $9000 of my money and has left me with rock pits in my yard. Unfortunately this seems par for the course with this company. They'll tell you a price, take your money and then demand more money to finish the job.No professionalism and quite frankly, a thief. Had I seen the other reviews with the same experiences, I wouldn't have touched this company with a 30-foot pole. I trusted the owner and he violated that trust.Protect yourselves and avoid this company. Hire someone with integrity. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The only positive reviews are from the owner of the company.*RESPONSE TO BELOW* You seem to forget that I have records of everything, William. I am not trying to get 1300 ft2 of concrete for 8,500. We agreed on 11,000. Once you had received $8,767 of my money plus the material I paid for, you all of a sudden demand $13,000. So yes, that is theft. I wish I had looked at other reviews of your business before hiring you, because this seems to be a pattern. You take as much money as you can and then you disappear and don't finish the job.I have 32 pages of receipts, text messages and emails that prove the manipulation, deceitful and predatory business practices. I have already filed a claim with the Ontario Small Claims Court and will also be forwarding this matter to Windsor Police. Your record of defrauding hardworking people of their money will come back to bite you.I gave you an opportunity to do the driveway only at the price we agreed upon, and you won't do it. So that tells me you've spent the money. I wonder what the other people who you have conned will say when I reach out to them.

Please be aware of this guy. Took money And yelled at customer. Never willing to finish the job. No equipment, only shovels.what a liar!!!

I never post a review , but I will on thisWhen you get deposits from customers please be advised do your job and get your money but when you get deposits and disappear is not very good william,Please be advised whoever hire you not get people money and disappear,Be advised whoever hire him don’t pay any deposits unless you get your job done

You are in agreement that you have work being done, with picks & shovels. FAILING INSPECTIONS MULTIPLR TIMESEven after given posassion of city requirments prior to job site work & FOR uncomprehensive resean you think it's the owners fault for your inspections fails !!You had no full Bobcat services as promised. Cab for transportation picks and shovels with speech !Meanwhile, meanwhe the entire cement cost plus 98% of labour was paid.since then......You haveNEVER BEEN SEEN BACK TO FINISH THE WORK , no returned phone calls.Return for what was paid fore that would be the proper thing to do .If you were unequipt to tackle a paid job you should not of accepted the payment for work to be completed that would be the BUSSINESS MANS way of doing things . Am i correct people ? Yet you believe you have done nothing wrong ., as per your conversation with he consumer protection and rights agency of ontario canada !!!

Had them pour a pad for a hot tub 5 years ago. Still holding up good and price was right
