I had a bad experience and stopped going to this location, but the new management and the new hair stylist got me back to being a regular customer. Kim is an amazing, well-experienced and knowledgeable stylist from colour to cut, she has replaced my previous stylist. Thank you Kim!

I LOVE Merle Norman product; am a long time user! This location however has cancelled my waxing service for the 4th time just hours before - I leave this warning so others are aware it could happen to them. They have now lost me as a service customer and as someone who bought product from them - I like supporting local business however this location has lost me to online!

First time I have visited the Semiahmoo Mall location and I couldn't be more pleased. Kim is a phenomenal stylist, and I received the best hair cut I have had in years! She had great advice and a lovely demeanor. Definitely recommend 100%

I called this store today (Semiahmoo location) inquiring about a couple of Merle Norman products and I was asked to hold, so I did, but when he returned to the phone he asked what day would I like my hair cut. CONFUSED , I repeated why I was calling and he said ok and then asked for the names of the products. I was told that he didn’t know what I was looking for because he was just a hairstylist. Apparently they didn’t have anyone in today at all to help with products. He said “ I could sell them to you but could not help you look for anything because there’s no make up person working today” (those were his words).I was appalled that there was no one that could assist me because I was headed to the store and now just had to head home discouraged.I don’t believe I have ever walked into a Merle Norman and not been helped by someone before. I have been using Merle Norman products for over 25 years and this was a first!Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location for anything really!

The girls have been working hard and the services have been amazing. Clients have been happy with the overall look and changes in the store.

I called and spoke with the manager about returning a product that I used and wasn't happy with, the color didn't quite match my skin tone. She was so accommodating and helpful. The staff person that helped me find a new shade was kind and sweet. Great staff! Nice environment! I would definitely recommend this Merle Norman to anyone that wants #1 customer service.

So happy with the knowledge of the stylist Kim I had when cutting and color correcting my hair bk to my natural and her co worker did my nails and pierced my ears a few days prior and remembered and said hello and sparked up a lovely conversation. 10/10 would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Called this morning for a hair appointment with Phillip.... They were unable to confirm anything .. the receptionist Suk was VERY HARD to understand... And said she was unable to book me an appointment. Phillip is one of the best hairstylists I have ever had.... My fine hair is now growing healthy and thick.... Thankyou Phillip.
