Serviced my car for first time and it was a fantastic experience. Very polite and explained everything. Pricing is very competitive too. Would definitely recommend.

I had very bad experience with pak auto motor. First of all they said something but they don’t do like that. For one problem i took my car 4 times there. All the time they charge me but didn’t fix the problem. Eventually i took the car to another garage they fix the problem in one time with less labour and parts price.

The staff is pretty unprofessional. The guy named Khalid, I think is the owner doesn't know how to talk with the client. This is Canada not a South Asian country make sure next time need to watch the words before talking to the clients. Got exhaust repair the mechanic who did it did not give the reciept asked it twice and still he did not give. There is a thing written there that there is no way you can avoid paying taxes. But the irony is they are still evading taxes by taking cash or by different means, meanwhile charging the customers with tax and not paying it further.

I'm so glad I found this Auto care!They are so caring & professional.This is my 3rd time coming here after going to Canadian Tire n Toyota for years & paying so much money.Everyone here are great at what they do n charge way less than other places.Pls don't mind the negative reviews, most are probably fake reviews from competitors.This I know happens...I have 2 close friends with other types of businesses n they were also getting fake type of reviews, it's sad really putting businesses down without even trying them out.I saved a lot of money here and I drive a luxury car so I know how much others charge.Their business is always busy but they even took my car in without an appointment.Wish you lots of success in years to come.

The worse mechanic in town if you love your car and money don’t go to these guys they have no idea how to fix the car . The owner is too busy in his other business and have no time to lookup this garage. all employees are inexperienced and unprofessional .Please don’t go to this shop if you respect your time and money and loves your car

This guy is scam. I drove 2h just for nothing. First of all car was in terrible condition not even close to the description. Second I was waiting in front of the shop 20min and he didn't show up just gave a call. Avoid it, save your time, money and energy!!! Wors experience ever!

Very rude and fraud kind of people. Didn’t even change my winter tyres and charge for it. Because of their mistake I drove my car with winter tyres the whole summer. Not even ready to apologize for their mistake. They also ask you to pay cash so they can hide their income.

Went to change my rear brake pad and rotors. They advised the handbrake pad should be changed.The following Monday, I dropped my car to have the wheel bearing, handbrake pads and coolant vent hose changed.They kept the car for 2 days:1. They explained: my handbrake line is snapped. Which was working perfectly fine.2. They installed the wrong wheel bearing.Called and told me I have to pay extra to put the right one in or they put different size lug nuts.3. They test drove and let the the car run for 40 mins without coolant.Caused the coolant lines to melt, the melted rubber is all over my car.The cars thermostat has stopped work, the car headlight is giving an error it's malfunctioning.The interior of the car is dirty and black from their shoes and gloves.When I picked up the car, the hood wouldn't close.I expected them to take care of my car as it was their own. Expect it was abused, and is in worse condition than first going in.Avoid going here. The price was not cheap either. Just happened to be close to my home.If the owners of the company read this. I hope they better manage their business practice and set some standards when working on customers cars!My expectation from this review is your shop repair my car properly.With a working brake lineWith a working thermostatWithout burnt coolant vent linesWithout melted rubber on my carWithout black all over a beige interiorWith the correct car partsFurthermore how can a car shop legally let you drive away knowing the car handbrake line snapped. It's part of a safety inspection. I should be filing a formal complaint rather than writing this review but I felt it's important for the public to be aware first!

Worst..... Worst..... WorstI kept car for axel repair of left tyre of the car. Rest my car was perfecr. After job, they give me car where its transmission sensor became falty and car was not changing gear. Engine light was ON. When i asked reason, they were not able to answer properly. I dont know why this happen was their answer. This is 2nd time happen when i gave car for repair and it get faulty in other way.I wish i could give 0 star. Never use their service.
