The Dr. Adetolla receptionist is extremely unpleasant and rude she doesn't know what constitutes customer service. She failed to refer my prescription appointments for testing for many times and i had to waste my time due to that and after all acts of incompetence, they blame patients. They don't show empathy or concern for patients even one time she called me back scolded me for asking why specialist have not received my referral after 4month

Dr. Adetola's new clinic is amazing! Very clean, lots of street parking available, receptionist always very helpful with any and all issues. And of course Dr. Adetola is awesome! Very down to earth. One of the few OB's I would recommend <3

I don't recommend this OB! She doesn't show any empathy for her patients concerns and makes them feels stupid for having concerns. You'd think being a woman she'd be nicer and care more for her patients, that is not the case at all. Save your time and ask for another OB.

Had appointment, Dr. Spent 10 minutes with me had no time, I needed insurance paper filled out he had no time for that either. Seemed he treated his patients like cattle, just wanted to see as many patients as he could, so he could make more money think he lacked empathy. Won't have steady patients that way. Would no recommend him to anyone.

I was told I was booked an appointment for a colposcopy (I had to call the clinic myself after 4 months of waiting) they only then told me I had an appointment. I took work off and had to drive 3 hours to Regina for this appointment (and 3 back) and paid for a prescription medication to take prior. Once I got there I was told the appointment was only a consultation (10 min conversation) which could have been done over the phone ! Terrible communication towards the patient … I wasted a work day and a lot of gas money because of staff not communicating. If I had been told it was just a consult I would have requested a phone call appointment…

Dr.Adeotolla is really generous doctor. He actively listens to all the problems and would give best advice possible. He makes sure that patient is feeling comfortable and he solves the problems.

This clinic is absolutely pathetic! Save your time and find yourself a different doctor! Both the doctor and the receptionist are so unorganized and unprofessional. My sister waited 6 months for this appointment and they didn’t even call to notify her. She had to call and find out when her appointment was. Before her procedure she took her meds the dr. Prescribed her and when she got to her appointment the doctor said this was just a consultation! Never bothered to tell her that it wasn’t the actual procedure. Drove six hours
