KINTON RAMEN
I have tried Kinton for many times, and this time I tried one of their summer specials, chilled tsukemen, and it doesn’t disappoint. The cold noodle is extremely chewy, love it; the soft boiled egg is perfect, there are 2 slices of pork shoulder, quite thin and doesn’t have much flavor, less appealing than the pork shoulder on the picture of the menu, a bit disappointed; the dipping sauce is not bad, but i think it’s a bit too salty, it is nice to offer radish purée, wasabi and chives, to add into the sauce to make it tastes differently, but since the sauce itself is too salty, i can rarely tell the difference before and after adding those 3 additional ingredients.Overall it’s good, very suitable for summer time

I tried the summer special (tsukemen & mazemen) and somewhat disappointed. tsukemen was too salty and much flavor was presented. mazemen was too blur and too heavy with pork bely + mayo (pork bely itself was delicious but adding mayo was a bit too much). Service was okay. I will try regular ramen next time.

Kinton is one of my favourite ramen restaurants. I love that they are innovative with their limited time specials. Great space, great service, fair price. Definitely will come back again.

Gourmet ramen served in a cool atmosphere. Got the Veggie Spicy Garlic Ramen, which was excellent, but indeed was very spicy! There are a few other vegetarian ramen options as well. When I went there the service was very quick. There is bar seating and several small tables inside. In the summer they have outdoor seating.

A delicious ramen place to come to for a quick bite of lunch. They have lots of combos and specials for the day and from the several times I've been here they always have something new to try on their menu.I wouldn't say their flavors were mind-blowing, but definitely a place you could become a regular at if you really enjoy ramen and other quick eats.Overall:Food: 8 out of 10Staff: 7 out of 10Décor/Atmosphere: 8 out of 10

It may be main stream but this is my favourite ramen place. I love all the different kinds that they offer and the karage is out of this world. The beef is also super tender and their noodles have the best bite to them. Plus, Sapporo on tap! I go almost every week

This probably isn’t the best ramen in Toronto, but it’s a staple. I honestly love the ramen here - no fuss, flavourful broth, two types of noodles, and lots of different options! My favourites are the pork shio and chicken jalapeño. The service here is great, but it gets really busy so make sure you’re prepared to wait. It’s also a pretty small space, so if that bothers you, probably best to go elsewhere. However, if you don’t mind a squeeze and want a decent bowl of ramen, this is the place for you!
