They kept getting the food and drinks wrong. It took about 30 minutes to get our order taken in the first place. The mains are hard to enjoy when they aren't the meals we ordered. The appetizers were overdone. The service was at least polite about the mistakes.

Summer V is an amazing server. We had a larger party, and she provided such a wonderful experience, very attentive to us for drinks and anything else we needed. I think we found our summer spot for drinks with friends! Also love the house ale!

Unfortunately, the great food we had didn’t make up for the lack of service. We sat down at our table at 7pm, we did not receive even water until 730, and we had to ask a passing server (not ours) for them. After the waters came, our server showed up to read us the specials, then said she’ll give us a minute with the menus, and left before we could tell her we’d already had 30 of them, and we were ready to order. She then came back about ten minutes later to take out drink and food orders. Our first drinks did not arrive until almost 15 minutes after that. Almost an hour after we sat down. Our food came out relatively quickly after, and was fantastic. It wasn’t until we’d finished our food that she asked if we wanted more drinks, two of which came out quickly, the other was forgotten, until we were about to ask for the bills. This was not a busy night, the place was far from packed. I’ve been a server, I understand this can be a tough job, but there was nothing to cause the snails pace service we had tonight.

Our visit on a Wednesday afternoon was great. The server was friendly. I would say considering our order was a burger and noodle and the time it took was perhaps longer than expected. Reading some of the other reviews we had a good experience. The owner should stop apologizing and fix the issues. Mostly it seems like late food and staff training. I would visit this location again.

Super disappointed in our meals we got this evening. Ordered the fish and chips. The fries were cold and not fresh at all. The tartar tasted more like horseradish than anything. The coleslaw had way too much vinegar so didn’t even taste like coleslaw. The fish was good and it was a nice big piece. My son had the spicy crispy chicken burger and said it was okay but his fries were also cold and not fresh. For the price I paid it was not worth it at all.

The Wife and I went out for Dinner on Friday night and the atmosphere and service was top notch. Our waiter Morgan went above and beyond, he was professional and personable we will be back again.

Expensive vaguely upmarket burger joint. Reportedly well regarded, but skip it if you don't think of burgers as a meal out. Service slightly on the slow side. Food quality appeared to be poor to middling (Wendy's say was better). Portion sizes small, especially by Canadian standards and given the cost. I wouldn't want to go there again, sorry.
