All the staff are super helpful with large Canada Post orders. We have had many projects where we needed to drop off individually addressed packages to be sent to many locations. We were given room to drop off the large piles of boxes. So nice to have an accessible, family owned store near the office.The samosas are amazing too!

So helpful. Spoke to owner and solved my address forwarding issues. He knows everything about Canada post. If you have any problems with anything related to shipping, address forwarding and products, see this location. Very helpful information and solves issues. Unlike staff and managers at other locations.

Great little cafe to grab some lunch if you're ripping down 97 street. Also a Canada Post Office right inside. I like to take in my mail and pick up some Samosa... beef or the spicy veggie are very good.

Have been coming to this location as it's close to work for all my mailing needs while there I grab a poutine mmmm soooo good alway hot and fresh, gravy is so yummy always makes it just the way I like it. The owner is always there and very friendly I continue to come back because of his customer service. Thank you for always having a great attitude and being helpful.

Additional info as of Dec 20th: stopped in again and tried the double meat Donair. Just over $8 with tax, aaaand you get a can of pop with it too. Fairly tasty with a moderate amount of heat within the meat!Original review: They have a great selection of various items, including ready made sandwiches and a wide selection of snack items. There is also a great selection of bottled beverages to compliment the food.Best of all, there are a wide variety of hot lunch items also available, at inexpensive prices, including a butter chicken combo that was advertised on the tables as being only $7. Additionally, I absolutely LOVE that the prices are well thought out being designed to come to the nearest $0.05 amount once tax is added in.Staff are great and ever so friendly, and best of all service is very quick!

EDIT: The kind owners apologized to me about the situation, which was very much appreciated. Thank you very much for that. The place also smells fantastic with their selection of hot food; I am sure I will be by more often. Just a word of caution regarding their hours -- they are closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas break and on long weekends so if you have parcels that need to be picked up call to confirm first!I had a parcel slip delivered to my office with Derrick Smoke and Gifts being the post office that held my item. They told me I had to wait until 1PM the next day to pick up the item, which was fine. However, they failed to tell me that they were only open until 2PM until that day and that they would be closed for 11 days in a row! Thanks for the heads up! Not.

Samosas are so good! Walking in the smell was amazing the taste even better!I had one bite in the parking lot and sat down finished the 1st order and went back in and cleared out the veggie, lamb and got some chicken and beef.Delicious.

I typically use the Derrick for their Canada Post Services. The staff seem clueless, I have had parcels mixed up, send to the wrong places ect...this only happens when I use this post office so I assume the error is on their end. I have never had issues when mailing things from the post office close to my home. They also sell stale, over priced Nanamo Bars - skip this place and go elsewhere for snacks and postal needs : )
