Super pleased with my experience here. I was served by a kind young man named Evan. Forgot the last name, started with an M if I recall correctly. He was extremely helpful and friendly and made this experience a breeze. I was kind of uncertain of how these things work but he was very clear and concise and I hope somebody tells him it’s greatly appreciated. Give that fella a raise! I've been working with David H from SeaFirst for 3 years and am happy with the service. David is friendly, knowledgeable, and a consistent communicator. He always gets back to me on time and has lots of resources and information to help.

Went to get car insurance renewed. Customer already standing inside waiting so I waited outside. When a customer left I went inside to wait. There were 2 empty chairs in front of a desk. I said too bad there are no chairs to sit down. The agent said go ahead and sit on one of them". When the other agent arrived I mentioned that it was too bad there were no designated chairs. She said "we don't want to have to clean them". I overheard another agent telling a client that "we close at 4:30". It says on the door and on the website closing time was 5 PM. When I mentioned it she said we don't want people coming in at the last minute . I may have only been getting my insurance renewed however I have 3 cars and a house also needing insurance. It was not a nice experience and customer service and repeat customers is not obviously a priority."

Katerina was extremely patient, good natured and helpful for me as we gathered the necessary information and paperwork required to register my Ubuilt trailer. Many thanks!
