Came in looking for a jacket that would suit me the other day and a young man named Silvon (sorry if I misspelled it) really helped me out. He spent some time with me and really impressed me with how professional he was. I would definitely recommend his service to some friends.

This store is horrible. Never seen such bad customer service. On November 26 around 6pm my mother and I went to try on a jacket she’s seen online. Once we got to the store we weren’t greeted and all employees were behind cash. Two employees who had braided dreads and glasses specifically were talking non-stop and didn’t bother asking for help. These employees saw us struggling trying to find a size and did not care. Also never picks up the phone.

Shoutout to Ashley! She was courteous, helpful, and very attentive. Coming in to the store, I was unsure whether to buy the Daniel down jacket as a gift for my brother but she patiently answered my questions and offered her honest thoughts about the product. So I ended up buying one and my brother loves it. Will definitely come back!

i absolutely loved my shopping experience here, my salesman was sheaqwan we also gained a great convo n experience he shared with me to call him “qwanss”. his service was very respectful and professional n im very very happy with how he helped find my suitable denizen winter jacket. 10/10 experience and customer service.

I came into the Vaughan mills location a couple days ago and a couple employees were working but Ashley came and greeted me… she was super friendly and funny. I was looking for a couple styles and she was so patient and give her Honest opinion. It’s nice walking into a store not feeling pressure. I’m so glad Rudsak has staff that are patient and knowledgeable of there products.

I came into rudsak today to inquire about the brand since I heard such good things about the company. I was greeted by Ashley I believe she was one of the managers. She was very insightful and helped me select a few jackets to try on. I didn’t purchase anything that day because I was on a time crunch. But I would definitely be coming back to this location again.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Ashley she’s very attentive and sweet and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service!She was extremely helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted, and showed me other options that worked perfectly. Store was also super organized and clean. I highly recommend anyone coming here to ask for Ashley!

I came into Rudsak Vaughan Mills to buy a jacket I seen online, I was greeted by Ashley. I end up leaving with a total different jacket with the help of Ashley, I’m very grateful for her expertise because I didn’t want something that everyone has and I wanted a warm jacket but not heavy. I’m in love and I’ve been getting endless compliments. Not until my second visit I came to learn that Ashley is the assistant manager.

My aunt who is visiting from Jamaica Needed a winter jacket so we decided to go to Vaughan mills to get one. We went into Rudsak and we’re politely greeted by sales staff.We wanted to check out a few styles and the manager Ashley really took her time, was kind, genuine, and helped us pick out the perfect jacket!

I went in today with little to no idea as to what it was that I wanted and little knowledge about the brand itself. Thankfully I had an amazing sales rep Nikita to help guide me :). Thanks to her I was able to leave extremely happy and educated about my products!
