Extremely disappointed it took 45 mins and a couple tries to get my one burger and oinion ring order correct, burger was exactly as the menu advertises nothing special. I have eaten at this location a dozen times and not once was my order correct the first try, I understand mistakes happen but when you make mistakes on mistakes time after time it's time to take a good look at what's going on

THIS A&W is absolutely the best one from Victoria to Campbell River and Port Alberni.Cheerful kind workers. Best fresh, hot food. The outside seating is a great bonusWe stop here every time we're traveling.Well done!

Stopped in for a quick burger with a friend. Burger was ok, sweet potato fries were warm and limp and the bag they serve them in was really greasy. The tables were dirty, not wiped down, fruit flies were buzzing around the garbage, which was overflowing. There was no water to wash your hands in the ladies room. When I mentioned it to staff, they seemed unconcerned. Worst experience here yet. I will not be back.

I always enjoy A&W. But what brings me here is the ALL CANADIAN BREAKFAST". It is cheap ($9.99) and very good. You can have your eggs done anyway you like

Usually A&W is consistent with quality and worth the extra you pay for a meal. This visit was not the case.Root beer was watered down and lacked any flavour at all. Teen burger was under seasoned with a doughy(expired?) bun. Cheese wasn’t fully melted.

Don't waste your money.This used to be a decent location, but no more. Quality slipping steadily - burgers thrown haphazardly together, long LONG drive through waits, etc. This morning I grabbed a breakfast sandwich on my way to Nanaimo. It. Was. REVOLTING! Stone cold. Not the type of cold when been left a bit too long while waiting for other food to cook - I'm talking refrigerated cold. Stale and dry. It didn't cool on my way as was in my hand less than a minute after leaving the drive through. Sort of suspect yesterday left over that someone tried - extremely unsuccessfully - to reheat. Not edible - was discarded and went to another chain drive through - at least hot and fresh. This location also doesn't bother with the latest promotions - no frozen root beer or coffee drinks. Seems a bit like they are sinking and cutting corners/expenses wherever they can. If this is all they can do, suggest they close - absolutely not doing the brand any favours.

The staff at this location did an amazing job this evening. It was very busy and all the staff were amazing getting the orders out. Thank you to the great people working there tonight!!

Really wish that they would come back to doordash! Understand it's probably due to not having enough staff to handle the additional work but their orders were always hot, correct, and good! I've also heard good things about the owner, that they do a lot to contribute to the community and also treat their employees well.

I don’t normally take the time to review fast food, but this particular A&W location goes out of their way for good service, and the burgers are quite good for fast food. The owners do quite a bit for the local community, as well.
