Fantastic service. Didn't have what I was looking for in store but let me look through the catalog, ordered what I wanted then directed me to the warehouse 5 minutes away to pick it up. Roxanne was lovely!

I just picked up my order of red heart balloons. I was greeted with a very helpful, friendly and amazing store owner. I will be coming back for future parties here to get apparels.

I bought a couple of items from the store for New Years and unfortunately my wife bought some of the same items as well. I wanted to return 1 item. The store refused to accept the return as there was a sign on the cash register, notifying the no return policy. There was no mention of this policy on the receipt. The package was not opened.Bad customer service.

Roxann is one of the most skilled balloon artists working in the area. She has a sharing and warm personality, and is truly a world class act.I'd recommend her for any event where you intend to wow your guests. She is a professional and will do a great job that will be long remembered.

Enjoyed my visit here. The staff member allowed me to browse thru the unique store which as the name suggests supplies everything you need for parties especially balloons.

U-Pick Parties ROCK! My daughter got married this past weekend in our back yard and they were here with the beautiful balloons on time and came back and did balloon art for way longer then expected with a big smile on her face and didn't even interrupt me for anything just kept making and all the kids and parents were totally thrilled. Well worth the money we spent!Thank you so much!!
