The pricing on line is totally different from in store..WHY??? There is often quite a difference in price for the same product! The answering message cannot even pronounce the street location and directions, stock is always low..Peterborough is put on the back burner, very very poor.

I love the store and its products, but the Website is VERY laggy and unresponsive. *The website needs major improvements* it's affecting customers ability to see whats available in store, instead of having to drive there only to be told they dont have a product etc. I would love to continue to shop there, but I often plan a list of all items before hand and this is making it impossible to do that. :(

ABSOLUTE WORST - NON-EXISTENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEROn Sept 9/20 I ordered 5 products.My credit card was charged.I received email confirmation that my order was received, and that I'd receive an email when the order shipped.On Sept 11/20, I still hadn't received an email with shipping information.Since I'd made other online supplement purchases in the past month, and also a purchase after the Healthy Planet order, and those orders all shipped within a couple of hours up to 24 hours (or next business day); I logged into my online account with Healthy Planet, so see if there were updates online.Once logged in I noted my my order stated on hold"See below:Order #100494116 - On Hold (Note)There was no "Note" explaining why the order was on hold

Wish I could give zero stars.The head office administration is worse than the customer service in the store. The woman was rude and kept cutting me off because I tried to explain to her the product I purchased 3 days ago in store and tried to return was causing adverse effects.All I wanted was a store credit.This company has no regard for their customers and their health.As a business owner myself this is not how you deal with any customer.Can’t blame the customer service if the head of the company is messed up.I have never experienced this with any company.Will for sure be letting friends and family know and advise them to never give this company their business again.

Do the owners have ADHD? Every two weeks the store is completely rearranged. The staff at all locations are already annoying acting like sales people I understand they're trying to help but with all the supplements spread out in the store it's like you're forcing us to talk to the staff. I'm almost at the point for the last year I don't want to come here no more.

This online store is a fantastic option when I have a bulk order. I placed an order a few days ago, and then remembered I needed another product. I called their toll-free number, and Nick was super helpful. He couldn’t add the item to my order, but stayed on the phone, while he cancelled it, and then offered to help me reorder, or he would do it for me.I asked if he had any promo codes, which he didn’t, but he was honest enough to tell me the Black Friday sales start on Monday, November 22, 2021. My items remained in my “cart,” and sure enough, I logged online that morning, and most of my supplements were 15-20%.Shipping is free on orders of $59.99 or more (within Canada). I joined their reward system back in the day, and was able to apply my points to receive a bit of $ off my order.Orders are usually processed the next day, and take 1-2 days to receive, but I just checked on the status of my order, and due to the sales, it may take an additional day.You can also add price alerts to products, and receive an email once the price drops!

I like some of the prices of Healthy Planet online store. Unfortunately a lot of times they promote sales of 40% which is very misleading; it's usually never more than 20% off unless it has a short expiry date. Also I find the clerks working there have very little knowledge in the various products offered. Usually shipment is good but this time it's taking over 1 week and still haven't received the products. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

This is the absolute WORST place to end up working in all of Scarborough. The staff enjoys treating you DOWN if you are not a part of their family. After being accused of something for the very last time I fell into a mental breakdown and quit after 2 years of these people and this location tarnishing my very soul NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORK HERE. Don't ever put your hard work here, just get in and get out for your money, you will be targeted..After I quit I was able to find myself again after 6 months and have never looked back..
