Every item brought up to the register was not marked or price like the rack it was taken from. Nothing was organized. Cashier took 10 mins to get through each person and they never opened up a second. Then when we get there it was nothing but attitude. It's not MY fault you failed to organize your product correctly..... guess this is what you get with FAST FASHION.

I came into the store Tuesday to exchange some items i had and i wasn’t greeted at all. The atmosphere and the environment of the store was very messy and disorganized. It was very hard for me to shop around while the store was in very messy shape. While i was trying to look for individual to support me, it took a while and when i did they were very rude and not helpful. They were very rude and not engaging at all. It looked like no one knew what they were doing. Sorry i don’t RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Never coming in again.

Really good prices on sale items here. Was very busy today. I would check it out again.

So you can buy clothes, but can't try them on. You can to take the items home and try on. If they don't fit or you do not like then you can drive back to Tsawwassen Mills mall and get Credit Only for the item.You can end up stuck in a vicious circle.What's the difference between trying on in the store or home. One of my daughter's favourite store. One time there was a sale that jeans really $10 and shirts $5.

I personally find this to be an overwhelming & exhausting store.  There's tons of variety and lots of racks in a warehouse size space. You'll find basic to bold fashion items including: body suits, sweaters, sneakers, sandals, jeans, cropped tops, socks & boxers, exercise wear, graphic Ts, perfume, & hair accessories.Probably appeals most to teens & young adults.Cons:Only 2 cashiers at 4:30pm on Sunday, so the check out line up was long.Change rooms not open.No refunds, only Exchanges within 14 days.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Store, and I must say, their customer service and management exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, good collections

They have no sense. They look my interview a month ago and the supersvisor said that she hierd me and i have been calling from a month to now the status about it. They always say maybe 3 more days or today the supervisor is not here and after a month they are telling me that we hierd someone else. What kind of service you are giving your employees and same you gonna give to your customers as well. Won’t suggest anyone to work here.

I visited this store yesterday to return an item and cashier called her supervisor who took almost 15 mins to show up. When supervisor came, he told me that I can’t return it because it’s on final sale. But when I tried to explain him that while purchasing I asked the cashier about their return policy and they told me I can return or exchange until January 9 and yesterday was January 6 but he didn’t listen and started behaving rudely and arguing that I should have read the receipt. But if the policy on your receipt says it’s on final sale then why cashier told me a lie that it’s returnable or your staff doesn’t know about company policies? I barely shop in this store so how will I know the return policies? And when I asked about the policy they should have told me non refundable thing. This experience was frustrating.
