Really very happy with Darryl from Refined HVAC. I was tempted to perform the fix myself and am pleased I listened to my inner reason to call him instead. Super friendly, found issues I didn’t see and charged very fairly for his time. Well worth it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Our water leak alarm proved humorous when the water went around it instead of through it but Refined HVAC to the rescue! Darryl is amazing to deal with - I learned so much about how heat pumps work, things that could go wrong and also the solution. He was so great with all my questions, and so friendly. My wife and I recently had a heat pump installed by Refined HVAC Ltd. The owner, Darryl Parks, put time and effort into examining our home and explaining the pluses and minuses of options available to us and in response to something I said, even explained how we might keep our basement warmer in winter with minimal work at a later time. After deciding what we wanted, the installation was professional and looks minimally intrusive both within the house, including an interior closet that now has a vent pipe and water drain hidden behind a housing, and on the exterior. The electrical hookup was a little more involved than expected but was done with fastidious care and looks very professional. The heat pump works wonderfully well and comfortably accommodates our needs. We are very happy to have chosen Refined HVAC Ltd. to help us with this project.

These guys came out ahead of a big snow fall to deliver the equipment and were willing to leave a vehicle in situ to accommodate the equipment delivery. After 2 feet of snow fell they hiked in with their tools on sleds to make sure we had heat before Christmas. I don’t think there is a rating system that goes high enough for rating their customer service.

We required a new ductless heat pump. We had multiple companies in for quotes and he was the most trustworthy candidate. He was knowledgeable was professional and gave his honest opinion on what would work best in our home. He was quick to respond via email and phone. He was able to install it quickly and I would recommend Refined HVAC hands down.

Totally professional from start to finish. Darryl took the time to explain everything and a walk through our home to assess which heat pump would be best for our home. He prices fair and also made sure work around my schedule and following up quickly with any questions I had. His crew were great hard workers as well. Darryl saved us! Our heat pump stopped working right in the middle of a heat wave. I called him and explained what happened and he said he was super busy but he would stop by to have a quick look. He was so efficient and knew exactly what to try and presto, our heat pump was up and running again and our house is cool and comfortable.
