Staff are super friendly and very helpful. This new location looks a lot more modern and clean. The aesthetics are really nice and fun! Only downside, I asked to book the largest room since I had a party of 30+, I got the confirmation that this was done. But, day of, that room was double booked and I had to split my party into 2 rooms.

Really surprised they have such a big KTV place at Commerce Gate. For the location, it's 5/5. But overall, you can definitely find a better/cheaper/cleaner KTV in Markham.First off, this place is expensive - the rooms have a minimum spend on food and drinks and the room is free if you hit that minimum. But these food and drinks are EXPENSIVE. I ordered a soju and it was $50 - that's crazy. Even at a bar that would be $30 max. The other bottles are more fairly priced compared to the soju but not everyone is trying to buy 750ml of hard liquor. Our table also had this theory that they were watering down the bottles, since literally no one was drunk after buying 4 bottles. Also my soju tasted too good to be alcoholic... But that's just our theory, take from that what you will. Maybe ask them to open the bottle in front of you to be certain, since they opened" ours away from our view.The rooms are clean and there's a good sound system and selection of songs. No complaints there.The washrooms were clean at the beginning of the night but slowly deteriorated as people started to smoke cigarettes and literally throw them in the trash afterwards - it reeked. Also I'm pretty sure that's a fire hazard. They should be more diligent about that

Amazing food and service I enjoy being there and it’s cheap also in the morning

The song selection is good, and the rooms are relatively clean. If you book the party room, there is a private washroom so that's a bonus. The decor of the entire place emits a good vibe, so I would definitely come back.

Terrible service. They didn’t check vaccination proof, didn’t clean the room until we asked (there were used cups), didn’t wipe the table so we had to wipe the table ourselves. The washroom was dirty. I ordered hot drink yet I got cold drink. The bill had hidden gratuity included which was not disclosed to us and we didn’t notice until we got home. Tbh, the service didn’t deserve any tips at all yet I still opted to give tips, just to realize I tipped twice!! Thanks for saying nothing. I believe all the good reviews are fake. Would never come again.

A very nice place for Karaoke!

I am truly never coming back to this place again. I’ll give them 2 stars for Reno and the kareoke system. Our bill was $3k and they told us they don’t take debit or Mastercard. Their atm machine was broken. This is at 2:30am. No disclaimer no nothing to say cash only. After telling them we don’t have the cash THEN they told us they would take debit. Wtf… found out a friend of mine said they take emt sometimes. What kind of business is this. We’re high paying customers and you want to not have paper trails to do your taxes?? Ok never coming back periodt.

Located in Commerce Court. Tons of parking and SOS has tons of room and options. Went for a party and we had a great time.

I was super excited to go to SOS after seeing everyone go there however I was highly disappointed — appearance is amazing but the service is horrible and security is hostile towards their guests. Security was definitely having power trip. They had a shortage of cups, shot glasses and took forever to come with orders. I saw them wash the shot glasses with just water, no soap in front of my face when I went up to ask for more shot glasses. Our room had no AC as well, it was boiling hot in there. We asked if we could have a knife to cut the birthday cake which they said no to since we’re not allowed to have a knife in the room which is understandable so the staff said they would come to cut the cake. They never came to cut the cake :/ Don’t believe the hype! They don’t care about their guests. I’d give zero stars if I could.
